My twitter is made significantly better by three things...
1) A TERF blocklist that is 200k+ accounts large...
2) Redblock extension for Chrome...
3) Shinigami eyes
There are many accounts out there centered on attacking trans people, often posing as members of the community.

These 3 extensions have saved me from a whole world of pain on this site.
So I'll share each one with all of you:
Blocklist... go ahead and click then subscribe and watch as 290k TERF accounts get blocked overnight.

The Redblock extension....
- Getting dogpiled and want it to stop?
- See an extremely bad faith tweet and know everyone liking and retweeting it are likely also bad faith?
- Glaringly transphobic tweet and you want to block likers?
Bam. Redblock.

Shinigami eyes... for when the blocklists aren't enough, this one will color web pages, news sites, and social media usernames green if trans friendly and red if TERF/transphobe.
It has some misses, but it lets me be extra careful around red names.
Highlights transphobic/anti-LGBT and trans-friendly subreddits/users/facebook pages/groups with different colors.

Note that in doing this, you WILL get some false positives. For those people, you'll need to likely get reached out to through a third party.
But I have been so, so happy with my twitter experience from these tools.
