Patrick Sean Tomlinson / @stealthygeek / "Torque Wheeler" / @RealAutomanic / Kempesh / Padawan v2.5 - "Conservative" sci-fi author with TDS, armed "drunk with anger management issues" and terminated parental rights, actual tough guy, obese, paid Quasi, paid thousands to be repeatedly unbanned from Twitter

Patso Lies. His weight has not "changed" It has increased. A Tomlinson technicality. Patso knows the meaning of the verb change like he knows the meaning of the word eclectic.

I appreciate the autism in your post,

but:

Not really. A lot of people use airbrush paints with brushes, it's not unheard of. Or maybe he bought it by accident because he's a fat retard
The black and white striping on the dinosaur has been airbrushed. Zoom in on the photo and it'll be evident. The airbrush paints are just further proof. People also use regular paints in a airbrush and thin them down. Some idiots use Windex for this. Patso does not. Patso uses actual airbrush paints because he cannot understand the concept of thinning. A complete mental block. He's fat if you haven't noticed, and growing fatter. Thinning is too complex of a concept for his 1.2 gpa to understand. Trying to teach it to him would be like trying to teach integral calculus to a goat. Fattening he understands. Soon his bitch tits will be front, side and back. For a horrific view of back tits, check out the Anna O'Brien deathfat thread. After than, believe it or not, the deathfats grow another set of side and back tits. Very Lovecraftian. That is Pat's future.

Model builder Pat, or P@t as he called himself then, was the first appearance of Piggy on forums, IIRC. He was still married to Ade at the time. He was as cunty then as he is now. But a bit skinnier.

Thanks all for the comment on the CS Lewis books.

I believe that model is this one
I've seen worst paint jobs than this. I've also seen better kits for less.
I saw that picture of him countless times before but just now noticed the Vallejo paints on the table. I'll be fair to Rick for once in his life and say that the paint job doesn't even look half bad. The photo still screams "mentally disabled adult and his caretaker", look at that intensly autistic stare and his otherwise empty expression. Certified spastic.

Edit:

Vallejo airbrush metallics are great to use with brushes, super smooth coats plus the paint consistency is almost perfect right out of the bottle. Also a lot cheaper than Citadel, at least they were when i was still activly painting, which is almost 10 years ago by now.

Ah, ghetto flow improver is still around i see. I remember leather furniture polish being popular for a hot minute, too.

I think it just needs a good wash to make it look better. Just not black. With that light paint job I'd go with a brown wash like a sepia. I hope he added some weathering powder to the feet.
Someone else working on the same model
I've seen some people paint these way too bright.

Regarding the deck: I really do not get how Pat manages to one up himself nearly every time he does a project in terms of stupidity.
I don't think he even knows that he's doing it. It's sometimes fun just to deliberately accuse people of shit that while true is stuff you do yourself anyway, like being a nerd.
I mean, I am not familiar with Terry Pratchet, but I find that hard to believe because I have seen a lot of garbage get translated into Polish but, the idea of Patrick's books getting translated into Polish is still a horrifying thought.
I disagree, not because I know anything about Polish as a language specifically, but because I've read Stanislaw Lem in English translation and when he got on a roll, he showed a lot of the same kinds of humor you see with Pratchett, except more dark and sardonic.

Pratchett's writings are full of inside jokes that non-Britbongs don't get. Things like that are practically impossible to translate. There is still enough to his writings to make them very much worth reading, even if you know that you are not going to 'get' everything.

Surprising that the Pig has not been oinking about this new Bluesky social media. He's probably begging for an invite behind the scenes.

And a little reminder that the Pests are still playing "Curly, Straight" with piggy's corkscrew tail. (It's a Simpson's reference, Dan)

What's important to Pat? Stuff like that never comes through in his books.
From what I've read of Gate Crashers there's some things that jump out at me, unless you mean specifically sci-fi concepts. I'm trying to think of how to word them in response to how you phrased the question but it's kind of tricky for some of them so I'll just throw them out in the manner that makes it most easy to discuss them instead but hopefully you'll get what I'm getting at for the answers

Probably the most immediately apparent thing is that he's a male feminist. The captain is a woman and therefore great. The genderless consciousness is great therefore it's earned the right to assert and assign itself as female. Nameless men are bad and say bad things that are so bad that they're not even worth the text of detailing what they actually said.

He wants to seem clever and technically articulate. Sci-Fi isn't important to him, rather being perceived as intelligent is his focus. This leads to him repeatedly, incessantly, fucking endlessly, making errors in his writing because he knows a thing and wants you to know that he knows a thing but unfortunately for him he doesn't know that there's an exception to the thing that he knows because he looked up the technical way that it would be handled in reality that most people wouldn't think about (because it doesn't matter 99% of the time), but he's handling a fictional concept that doesn't (yet) exist and just trying to hammer in that he knows the thing without any regard for how miserable it makes it to read for the audience and how technically inarticulate it actually makes him

Finally: Alcohol. He casually and frequently makes comparisons to it. Not just in simple ways that I think most people could relate to, like a cold beer on a hot afternoon, a three drink buzz, a hangover, one or two drinks too many, reasonable things that anyone who partakes of alcohol in moderation might be able to relate to. Instead he just assumes that the reader knows what it's like to not a moment's sobriety for days at a time. That you know what it's like to have a hangover so bad that you have body aches to the point your body can barely support itself while standing upright. It'd be one thing if he was writing an alcoholic character and he didn't feel like going into depth on the sensations and symptoms of those states of being because they weren't actually the important part, but it's situations that are wholly unrelated to alcohol and he just says "Yeah it felt like that" and expects you to know what he means

Also his parents apparently invented the hashtag decades before twitter was even a thing.
I can believe that Fatrick's parents had a paper that said DLTIW on their fridge. I assumed that he added the number sign to turn the letters blue for emphasis and expected his legions of adoring paid bots fans to start a trending hashtag in his fatness honor. If his parents had a fridge magnet that said "it's five o'clock somewhere" or a card that said "to the world you may be one person, but to one person you may be the world", or an autographed photo of Julie Newmar that said "to Wong Foo thanks for everything" it's possible that Fatrick would approach the battlespace of Twitter in a different fashion.

I'm pretty sure that's what he was aiming for he's just such an illiterate 1.2 moron (who is fat) that it comes out like a jumbled mess.

"Change my phone number? No, child. You little baby child. You sniveling infant child baby child. I will never stop. I will never rest. My name is Patrick S. Tomlinson and upon my parent's fridge rests a magnet that reads "WISCONSIN DELLS - LAKE DELTON" with little clay pine trees. It reminds me to never relent. To never show mercy. I am terror. I am the night." - Fatrick, probably
