Most likely non denominational. He denounced the catholic church earlier tonight by calling them pedos. If my half asleep layman's knowledge on it is right, something along the lines of "By using the site, you agree that if you fuck with it/us IE: swatting, ddosing. whatever, you'll pay for damages/fines" Pretty common for contracts.
