For this crime, yes. What about the next one? Or the one after that?
I have been trying to avoid srsbzns poasting in this thread for a while now, but for fuck's sake dude, he either raped, or fucked his own mom and the justice system is still treating him with kid gloves. He's going to have to do something really heinous or much more dangerous to be actually imprisoned by the state of Virginia.

If they can't get him on rape, it's just simple incest, and doesn't really have any of the aggravating factors that would get him a sentence at the upper end of the range anyway. I don't think someone else in the same situation would be treated much worse than Chris, who has already spent over a year in jail, so he kind of has been "imprisoned."

It wouldn't even be much of a deterrent to Chris anyway, who lives in his delusions like an autistic version of Sam Lowry in Brazil.

This isn't even a Chris escaping consequences issue. This is a case to case problem with criminal prosecution in the U.S.
Unhinged dregs can go on killing sprees or rape fests and either receive a cozy hospital stay or a life sentence prepaid with your tax money. What a great punishment. Being protected from the public and given free food and medical until you die. Solitary confinement is a heaven to some. Anyway the court that handled Chris' case handled it in a way where the top priority was to keep him comfortable and little to no information getting public. His autism no doubt played a major part in why they held his hand through this entire thing. If it leaks a court put a disabled man behind bars it might ruin a local election. Shit as always is fucked. (:_(

I spent my life savings turning my van into sonichu. Chicks love it, its the shaggin' wagon - chris chan

It would be worth it just for there to be some police radio message in the future talking about how he's driving to another state to meet a catfish to hide out with her after doing something stupid again and have them talking about how he's driving an 84 sonichu

Use of unnecessary violence in the apprehension of Chris-Chan has been approved.

Couch surfing with white knights if these dm screen caps floating around twitter

Probably fake but people are starting to talk
I'm not buying it. There should be some sort of evidence. How hard can it be to take a photo of Chris in a new habitat?

Assuming it's real:

The "fibro" thing is probably fibromyalgia.

I could understand Chris being mad about losing the medallion. It's believable that police could have thrown it away because it was unsanitary. It shouldn't be that hard for him to make a new one though, and he has made new ones in the past. Maybe he's upset about losing the magic rocks he attached to it.

If I were the sort of person who invites Chris-Chan to sleep on my couch I'd probably give him a charger that's not covered in duct tape. I probably have at least half a dozen lying around, I'm sure everyone here has accumulated a few over the years. He'd still need his own cable, I don't have any Apple things. I'd probably buy him some cheap art supplies too so he could make a medallion and some art for me to sell online so he can earn the roof over his head.

I found this while on Twitter looking up the new story, I think it's almost as likely to be real.

Everything you have on you gets recorded and tossed in a secure bin during your time in jail/prison and to be returned to you unless it's evidence/illegal when you get out. I highly doubt the police officers went and threw away his stuff because they didn't like it or it was dirty. I highly doubt Heilberg would have let that happen and I'm sure he would have gotten in contact with a judge to get a third party to get some of Chris' stuff out of the home if he really did have no clothes and personal hygiene products.

If you look at that Twitter account it’s entirely dedicated to posting fake stories to troll people. I have to ask, are you retarded?
I said I wasn't buying the story at the top of the post, and that the JRE interview was almost as likely to be real.

If police arrest someone wearing a jacket and there's a tuna sandwich in the pocket, I doubt they'll store it for almost two years with a rotten tuna sandwich stinking up the place. They probably get rid of really nasty stuff and Chris's medallion was looking gnarly around the time of arrest.

Perishable goods and dirty jewelry are two different things though.

A steaming pile of bullshit and even adopts the bogus claim that Praetor bailed him out when that was (apparently) a clerical error on the website that was corrected after a couple hours, when it was revised to "released on court order."

Did anyone ever identify that book? Rotated selection for ease of viewing.

The highlighted phrase appears to be "mental masturbation."

I think it's Warhol/Chris Chan. Chris was reading it quite thoroughly before the arrest and had a whole system with his highlighters to categorize how he felt about various things in the book.
