"Muh house is falling apart! The roof has a hole! I'm getting out!"

*moves into a trailer that is also clearly falling apart, likely with even worse problems that aren't obvious yet*

Wow she really showed us. I'm going to go mix a drink and cry while petting my single well taken care of cat in my clean apartment that has zero bugs, mice or holes in the walls. All because I've just gotten completely owned by a yeasty white trash slob who is so fat her ears are invisible. How could such a devastating ill have befallen me? :stress:

She said the line! NO HELP CAME!!! Personally, I cannot wait to see how her renovation of the bizarre dilapidated 70s porn trailer goes (really? A bathtub in the bedroom???) She talks about her bathroom floor rotting through, but it's clear the trailer floor is also rotting through. I guess it's just rotting less.

Side note: how is Alabama's renter's rights? If it's anything like Arkansas or similar southern states she might not be lying about her landlord being a piece of shit and refusing to fix up the house.

It's finally happening, Kiwisisters, the moment we've been waiting for! They haven't done shit and are still moving into the trailer! I can't wait.

Polissa last video: and we're just about to clean [this tiny ass bathroom that's like Japanese apartment bathroom sized'] today!

They didn't even bother with cleaning out the garbage from the smallest area in the house months ago, but think they can rehab an entire falling apart trailer? :story:

Not sure about Alabama but in general if the damage is caused by the tenant, they're responsible for the repair. Between the animals pissing and constantly running the dryer, and the general filthy condition of the house, I would think the landlord told them to kick rocks.

My dad was a landlord the south who catered to low income tenants. It’s like getting blood out of a stone to get them to pay for the damage (especially since a lot tend to fuck up the unit even more as payback for evicting them).

Landlords hate tenants who fuck up a house but they hate an unrented house more. I wonder why they’re leaving in a hurry now. Methinks this landlord got wind of how bad the house has gotten and wants them out before the house is condemned.

I'm so excited. I might have to start paying attention to Yeast Queen and Joh the Goblin again.

I wonder if the bathroom floor is caving in because it isn't meant to support someone as fat as Polly?

I'm a landlord in Alabama, although my property isn't a dilapidated house, and I've never had to evict anyone, but IIRC it's a 7 day notice with cause to start the eviction process. Without cause - presumably in this case, if someone is just a terrible tenant who the landlord just doesn't want to continue renting to - the landlord has to wait for the lease to run out.

The arrogant, smug, smirking face is very punchable this fine evening. It seems pretty clear the landlord is forcing them out and the fact this is the end of the month would fit an eviction order.
I'd be willing to bet a month of Jimmy Dean's breakfast bowls you're right. She did literally no work on the trailer for months, then half heartedly threw some trash out a few days ago, and suddenly they're going to move in and renovate as they go? They're either getting evicted or they're unable to hold back some external process like a house inspection and they know they're going to get evicted.

Polissa, you sure showed us by moving into the condemned trailer with no electricity. The only way you could own us harder would be to livestream inside the trailer 24/7 fishtank style.
She said the line! NO HELP CAME!!!
It's honestly like being a teenager again and finally getting to see your favourite band perform live. We got to see some new stuff: smug "winning" squint that is really holding back tears, the beautiful cathedral of trees I won't be bothered to show you; and that's fine. But as soon as she busted out the classics, the whole crowd goes wild.

Does Casa Trompeta even have functional plumbing? What if they need a new well and septic tank, which could cost 5-10k+ to install?

On top of the most obvious problems (lol the floor and roof are ALSO collapsing in the trailer, what an upgrade) this is going to be a source of some Niagara level milk flow for the foreseeable future. Buckle up, trolls! :story:

I had to go back and watch her trailer tour again and there’s not a single area that doesn’t need major work. The walls look like the place saw lots of either crazy parties or knock down, drag out fist fights. The floors speak for themselves and the kitchen makes me shudder. If I remember right, there’s at least one broken window. The bathroom is a crime against humanity.

I imagine at this point, the garbage may be bagged and is either sitting in the trailer or just outside the door. Same with the rest of the crap, none of which looks salvageable.

I wonder where she got the money to get the power turned on, nano of Mom? Pests: guaranteed the trailer is loaded with them but what types and how many are hiding where?

I feel sorry for the cats.

I doubt it. I remember that Polissa begged to get the power turned on. I feel like the plumbing was also mentioned at one point, but I'd have to check. Regardless, that's definitely not on Polly and Joh's list of concerns:

They likely don't have a way to flush the toilet after taking a shit, but at least Joh can grill and go play in the woods like the manchild he is. Thank the Lord.

I'm hoping for an outhouse or bucket shitting à la Kyttie saga.

Oh holy fuck, it is a GLORIOUS time to be a NYC Basement-Dwelling Null! I am beside myself with glee!!

Hey, Pissa, have you inspected your crawlspace? How terrible is it? Have you spread diazinon underneath your trailer to stave off any insect/rodent infestation? Have you priced out encapsulation to prevent mold and mildew from settling in and rotting all your subflooring from underneath, and the cleaning and disinfecting it's going to require prior to encapsulation?

I WANT A FUCKING TIKTOK OF THE CRAWLSPACE.

And I wanna know what happened to the trumpet. I will be stroking whatever I am supposed to have as a basement-dwelling NYC Null (I think we were all dudes, right? So guess I'll be wanking my cock) with eagerness as I wait, steeped with anticipation.

Late, but give me grace. The KF fuck ups left me with no text box for awhile and I've been sitting on my spergery for at least a week.

So to preface this, I'm not great at construction. I hire people to do my shit. However I just (almost) completed a total rehaul on a fucked up condo and also currently work in the industrial/construction field despite not actually doing the renovation myself.

But first:

If you expect your reno to cost 10k, budget for at least 15. You ALWAYS find more shit when you're renovating. That fuse you just think needs replacing ends up being a whole issue that requires electrical rewiring. That hole in the wall ends up exposing an issue with the supporting beams. Etc etc. Even a newish house will reveal necessary repairs if you dig deep enough. So polissa is a retard for thinking that the expenses to reno it aren't going to be more than what the trailer was likely worth to begin with.

For instance, you see that soggy fiberglass insulation. If my memory serves me correct for the age of the trailer, that insulation is done. It's toast even without environmental damage and exposure. She needs to replace it ALL or that trailer is going to have little to no protection from heat and cold.

The support beams of that trailer are definitely needing to be looked at. Beyond the exposure from the elements, there's no way there wasn't animals in there doing damage and nibbling away.

You can't just throw a new stick and peel tile over a whole in the floor. She needs to pull up the flooring beyond the holes and create a proper solid base, especially at her weight.

The windows are likely in need of maintenance or complete replacement. I wouldn't be surprised if you found moisture building up in there and rotting window frames.

The piping hasn't been used in awhile so even if the plumbing works, she needs to flush the system.

Etc etc

What if they need a new well and septic tank, which could cost 5-10k+ to install?
It could easily cost double that for the well alone, depending on how deep the water table is and how far they have to dig. I assume that if it did have water, she would have mentioned something about it already.

Also, can you imagine how often the septic would have to get pumped out, considering Polissa's girth, dietary habits, and lack of a gallbladder? Gross. If they do have septic she's going to end up with a sewage swamp yard and I love that for her.

I hope at least half the cats run for their lives during the move. Cats do not like their routine disrupted and if you aren't careful and attentive to their whereabouts at all times during the process, they will escape just to make moving that much more enjoyable for everyone. I can't imagine keeping 10+ cats safe and in one place during a move, particularly when both old house and new have serious structural defects just begging to be explored by an anxious kitty.

@LonesomeDud, THE TUB TRUMPET TRAILER SAGA IS UPON US! Polissa and Joh are moving!

I'm wondering if she called the landlord after she fell through the floor and he flipped his shit. Or he sent someone over for maintenance and he painted a pretty picture. Wall rotted through, hole in the roof, hole through the floor... So now she's emergency moving into a new colander.

La Casa still has missing/broken windows, holes in the walls, holes in the roof, sagging floors, and what's going on with the porno tub? Is it even hooked up to anything? Or will she have to fill it up with buckets and drain it through a hole drilled through the floor to the outside? Is the floor even solid enough to hold the porno tub full of water?
I can't wait to get answers to these questions!
