It's where an employer pays for any reasonable expense when you're not at work but still under company time. Such as food, travel, and hotels. You have to provide receipts to the company as well. However, Microsoft doesn't do this. They just increase how much their workers get paid as they focus on COLA (Cost of Living Adjustment) for contract roles.

I worked with some people who went onto websites that would document murder scenes because it was on the list of websites they had to check out to see whether or not they were adult sites. Finding CP sites was less traumatizing than seeing dead bodies. Nowadays you don't have to do that shit.
