It gives off racist vibes, like "real life asians have slanted monolids so anime characters have them too for realism!". The skin color also doesn't make sense....most if not a majority of east asians have a lighter skin tone. Sure it's not always pale milk white but it's also not tanned unless you're southeast asian or live in the countryside. Here's an image tax of some examples lol. They aren't extreme sjw but very much come off as stereotypical.

I haven't seen a single episode of She-Ra, but everything I have seen makes it clear it was written by mentally stunted (wo)man-children who are afraid of sex. The fear of intimacy and being percieved as sexual oozes out of every pore in the designs.

I tried to made her look like 10 years old snow princess and less like boy in discount Katara cosplay.

There are some good ideas in the She-ra redesigns, but they focus so much on "muh diversity" and "not sexualising" them that they just look boring. Doesnt help how dull the artstyle itself is, like they wanted a anime inspire style and strip it of everything that makes it appealing.
