I remember years before Harvey Weinstein touch my peen to get on the big screen got cancelled that people would talk about his predatory behaviour and how it was an open secret in hollywood. The same applies to sam. He's a degenerate that masquerades as someone that isn't.

Furthermore, Sam claims he got cancelled because of some organised effort against him for political views. I think as per the principle of Occam's razor he got canned because

-he wasn't funny or talented
-executives likely knew about his predatory sexual behaviour and the allegations against him. If he's unwilling to address them openly he likely did the same at adult swim.
-It makes sense from a business perspective to cut him off. Keep in mind Adult Swim was more than willing to do business with Nick and Charls. Two people sam hyde screwed over out of jealousy.

A friend and I are theorizing that Sam may currently be trying to prop open the door for an early retirement or career change. Sam was never the most sane individual, but over the years his ego, self-indulgence, and bitterness have only condensed. He's seeking to milk what he can out of wierdo/schizo online paypigs for the time being to pad out the already enormous inheritance he'll be getting when his vampire daddy kicks the bucket. It's the reason all of his current content is such lowbrow satire on chronic internet 20-30 somethings - he mocks his fans while they (you) gladly give him extreme amounts of money through paywalls, superchats, fishtank prankz, etc. It's also the reason all of his zoomer friends are kept around - they're dumb, work for cheap, and don't impose on his spotlight thus leaving his ego unthreatened. He's a destructive egotist on his way out that loves money but hates you.

i personally had a shit interaction with him where he basically scammed me out of some of my money while pretending to be buddy-buddy, but that's neither here nor there in the context of staying anonymous
