There are very large markets to buy drugs from, with reviews, escrow payment and guides how to do so.

You will obviously get scammed if you try to purchase retarded things. But stuff like the mentioned drugs is incredibly easy to grab. And given it is Luke, I'm sure he didn't get his shit tested either, so even if he got coke, it was all bunk.
