That's how VShojo marketed themselves; as a group of indy VTubers working under a single banner. Someone else already pointed this out, but they were very much a corporate VTuber company despite appearances.
As for the friends part, the last couple of controversies surrounding then showed the girls are anything and everything but friends to each other, especially with Silvervale being harassed and receiving death threats just for wanting to play a game.
With that said, Hime's not that far behind to go out next, though her not renewing her contract would mean squat since Syd barely, if at all, streams as Hime these days.
