The type of infection he had needed more than antibiotics, so even if he went, I think there is little they could have done. He went too late, imo.

F TR, one of the reasons people don't go to the doctor is because they're afraid of being scolded. And some doctors can be absolute assholes. Most won't ask questions but a guilty mind doesn't want to explain what caused then to go so bad.

In the past, cases like this usually occurred when someone's immune system was already poor and what would have been a bad infection that still would have resolved itself, instead killed the victim because they had no defense against the bug. This is still the case a lot of the time. Many covid deaths, for example, came about when the patient was already sick and covid was basically the final straw. However, thanks to a century of antibiotic misuse, there are many strains of superbugs that have evolved to be both extremely nasty and resistant to antibiotics.

Combine a superbug with a tranny's flat contempt for their own health, it's a death sentence.
