Mindset is into the whole alpha male cringe shit, isn't he? Wouldn't be weird if he pulls a Murphy or Crowder and actually ends up being a giant fag.
He already is a giant fag. He was on the super duper cringe alpha male podcast show known as Fresh and Fit. If I'm not mistaken, Fresh and Fit have their own thread on here. That therefore makes 2 direct degrees of lolcow connections for Andrew.

He just doesn't even look like the same person anymore.
Especially with his weird twitching and nodding and other tics that have seemingly developed recently.
Hey, remember when he used to go on and on that what you saw on the stream was the real Nick? That he didn't put on a facade? I remember that. Over and over again he said that.
He's basically a lying sack of seethe and cope. If he really doesn't mind revealing himself as the shitsack liar he is, why is he incessantly whining about being called out about it? He shouldn't care.

The "woe is me I'm so burned out on streaming" shit has gotten beyond tiresome. It might play with the unemployed bpd wine moms in Locals but for anyone who actually works, it's infuriating. You sit at a computer for, what, 4 hours a night between Rumble and Locals?, 12 days a month? So 48 hours a month or so, you have to sit on the computer and drink and talk. Must be really hard and oh so fucking tiring to "work" less in a month than many people do in a week. Just exhausting, I'm sure. I try to still enjoy the streams but holy fuck I genuinely get mad at the internet every time he starts complaining about having less weekly work than the average part time burger flipper.
Not just that, but it's not like everything in the stream is original researched content that he has to come up with. Like a fifth of it is reading super chats and giving toasts to parakeets who succumbed to Parkinson's and unfunny paid quips about the topic of the day.

Here (0:00 - 2:00) he basically outright states, that for 5 years he's been testing his audience to see what they will tolerate. Now he believes he is financially secure enough that he no longer needs to care what his audience thinks. (The whole video's worth a watch if you haven't seen it.)
I was expecting this to happen as soon as he signed it back in December. His rants leading up to the contract were about him being his own boss, he's worked too hard for someone to tell him what to do.

It's pretty simple. Nick was enthused about the contract when he thought it would give him a runway to transition to a new type of content and viewer base. He was bragging about how his Locals member base was 50% women and how much women loved his "relationship" talk (which increasingly veered into plain bragging about sex and drugs). I think Nick has basically conceded through his actions if not in words that that transition failed.

He tried to go back into legal content in January but that failed as he had an embarrassing breakdown on stream where he ranted at length about how much he hated the trial he was covering and by the end of it he was skipping most days of coverage.

Since then he has more or less done Tim Pool knockoffs with no guests or worse guests where he covers random news stories, regularly one to three days late. There is at most a very loose focus on legal topics. The fact that Nick often covers stories several days late shows give the impression of Nick being lazy and not giving a fuck about the content.

In fact, Nick complained last night about how "it's hard enough" finding news articles for his show since it "frustrates my day". Nick says he would much rather "go, like, laugh at stuff and have a good time".

What is the end result of this? Well, Rekieta revealed it at the end of his YouTube stream. Nick claims "Youtube has been really dropping the axe on my subscribers", saying he's lost about "4,000 in the past couple weeks".

I believe this is almost undoubtedly the case.

Here (0:00 - 2:00) he basically outright states, that for 5 years he's been testing his audience to see what they will tolerate. Now he believes he is financially secure enough that he no longer needs to care what his audience thinks. (The whole video's worth a watch if you haven't seen it.)

What I don't get is why he tried to hide who he is for so long? Did pandering to the more traditional crowd do better numbers on YouTube? Does it go back to him having to please his catholic parents? Whatever the reason may be I think it's safe to say, NICK LOVES TO PRANCE AROUND IN HIS UNDERWEAR IN FRONT OF GAY MEN.

He made his Vic grift bucks and he's found he has a solid base of people who he is convinced won't turn on him because they've put up with his shit.

Who's to say he's wrong, the man is a fucking degenerate and so many people don't give a shit. For now...edit or maybe they do?

Mindset himself I suspect is quite the lolcow, but he's flown way underneath the radar for too long. This aggressive retelling of internet commentary is very enlightening. Maybe he thinks he is next. Has Mindset managed to craft a following of his own beyond the incestuous bunch he borrows from Nick's base? If not, then that leaves him quite vulnerable to whatever happens in Nick's corner if they're sharing the same audiences since he clearly can't separate his own cow behavior from Nick's.

Mindset seemed like he was a total nerd doofus in law school until he became a passport bro and went to korea and thailand "chasing pussy" and becoming an alpha male who all the women want, and don't forget he says when he comes back to florida he has calendars of women waiting for hook up appointments with him. guy is strange. When he gets on pimpcast with drexel and complains about KF and proceeds to cuck and womanize simultaneously. Ive never seen anything like it

He used to be alot better about dealing with criticism and critics. But something happened over the last nine months and its like he has lost a step mentally. He is alot more angry, impulsive and thin-skinned than he used to be. He is generally humorless and seems upset about everything. Even things that have nothing to do with critics like when he went off and exploded about jury analysis streams. As well (opinion) it goes hand in hand with his physical decay. He just doesn't even look like the same person anymore.
Well, like I said, a lot of his early critics were people of dubious quality. KickVic, for example, was a variable legion of miscreants. You name it, they had it: Toons, diaperfurs, criminally insane people, militant feminists, etc. These are all people the Farms are naturally inclined to make fun of. Nobody who was part of Nick's audience took them seriously, so Nick had little to be concerned over back in the heady days of 2019.

My point here is that, in the Farms, he had a pretty decent support system (and built-in audience) that cheered him on when he mocked his critics. Unfortunately, he decided to become worthy of mockery himself. Now what has he got?

What I don't get is why he tried to hide who he is for so long?
Ask yourself whether he would have been successful if he started out the way he's acting now.

I think the answer is rather obvious no. People liked the "conservative Nick." Fake though it was. The current Nick would have bypassed having a fan thread in Multimedia and moved right to this thread as it is now in IF.

He made his Vic grift bucks and he's found he has a solid base of people who he is convinced won't turn on him because they've put up with his shit.
That's one way of putting it, yes. Bait and switch. He probably felt he could just ride on the inertia of the good times. It would appear it's not working very well though.

Who's to say he's wrong, the man is a fucking degenerate and so many people don't give a shit. For now...edit or maybe they do?
I obviously can't speak for everyone everywhere, but my impression is that he's mostly burned up all his good will as far as the Farms is concerned. This thread has one of the most drastic tonal changes I've ever seen.

What he doesn't realize, that is the death of a streamer. Especially if you have outstanding "real" skills (compare to Branes/Branca, Emily D Baker) then it's all personality. If Daniel Tosh/Dave Chappelle/Chris Rock became like Rekieta they'd get run out of town and lynched probably.

Much easier to have good will when everyone against you was magnitudes more insane. Remember, it's only after Keffals fucked off and Nick started looking insane compared to the rest of "lawtube" the farms started telling him to stop with the retardation.

It belongs in the lawtube thread, but the tl;dr is that Mindset is a minor cow just from his history:
  • Is running from debt collectors in the USA
  • Is really big into the MGTOW (but bang all the women you can!) sphere
  • Is a registered Democrat despite the "conservative" alignment
  • Said nobody could find him and then got doxxed because you don't challenge the internet to that lol
  • Visa hops frequently (We know of SK, Thailand in the times he streamed) that he's had permanent residency and then moved
  • Shit stirrer & noseguard
At least Branca has some self-respect.

Forgot to mention in his last cope stream he mentioned he had a holiday planned in the next month.

His paypigs reaction was 'ANOTHER one!?' and he got defensive.
Wow, wrong reaction. It should have been "mmm yes m'balldo, take my money for your lawsuit so you can use yours for fun," or else they're not going to last in the coommunity much longer. Oink, oink. Pay up!

I will also note that his initial plan was to move to Japan, but he couldn't get in due to COVID restrictions. He mentioned this in his video "explaining" why he's in Korea now.

Null would probably absolutely hate the man. Perhaps even more than Drex. You know how he feels about weebs and anyone that worships Japan.

At least Branca has some self-respect.
I honestly think Branca is a faggot too, but for different reasons. His issue is that he seems to believe in giving the state a nearly unlimited license to kill.

Cuz ya know, trusting the government to not fuck shit up and get innocent citizens killed will absolutely not backfire at all.

Branca is a boot licker that admitted he's trained with glowies at the FBI training facility. He's also been wrong about several recent cases so not sure how valuable that membership to his weird little law work product business is.

The justification is that the law around self defense overlaps with the law around police use of force, with more leniency generally given to police as they are expected to take the safety of those around them into account as well as personal risk. So he comes off as pro cop because he's so pro self defense.

His taste in watches is a bit shit though

Elissa has uploaded a clip from last night's kitchen seethestream where Nick complains even more about how much he hates streaming. This one's pretty nuts, and this clip comes in over 11 minutes.

Nick says he was depressed about streaming before Philly "almost to the point of never wanting to stream again". He talks again about how missing multiple days of streaming due to going to Philly for the weekend was stressful since it means it is harder for him to meet his Rumble contract.

Long interlude where I think he's whining about sponsors wanting to meet with him so he can take their money. He is so fucking busy!

Nick also complains that he likes to look at "video game stuff, Dungeons and Dragons, I'll check up on girls in bikinis, because apparently the computer figured out I like that, and that's what my, like, curated news is." Yes, he appears to be complaining that his news feeds on Instagram or whatever are not feeding him legal news for his prep for his show.

Not to get too OT, but Branca at least seems to have his reasons down pat for his opinions. You may think that they are rubbish takes, but they flow logically.

By contrast, Nick seems to float from an initial take of 'Fuck the State' to somewhere approximating Branca. On the rare occasions he differs, it is for... reasons... It never seems quite solid to me on the legal aspect, anyway. Ig he got it wrong, he could always grandstand on bad government...

The reason both come to similar conclusions is that the system is borked and puts people thro8gh a meat grinder. It needs to change, but it probably will not. I wouls still take Branca's advice and perspective if it gives me a 5% better chance of surviving the gauntlet.

Yes, he did. That's what made Drexel's slip up in in August 2022 so funny. Basically, Drexel threw Nick's reputation under the bus to defend himself, since it apparently bothers Drexel that people would think he is a worse person than Nick. Insecurity is a harsh mistress indeed.

At around the 1:20 mark, Drexel couldn't explain his connection to Nick without confessing that it makes sense off camera. He also implies that Nick's degenerate discord was actually a truer picture of who Nick really is. This indicates deception/hypocrisy on Nick's part.

Also, note that Drexel doesn't seem to consider Nick to even be a Christian (3:12 mark), something Nick still maintains.

If he did even a little bit of show prep there are several things he could easily talk about related to the law that are headline news right now
Reddit protecting privacy as a surprise
The Montana rep tranny
Everything going on with the Supreme Court
The Utah thing that got them banned from pornhub which is literally right up his coomer alley
And I’m not even trying

I'd be concerned that if you followed any of Branca's advice, you'd be staring down a murder charge.

I don't think I like any of the lawyers running with Nick these days. Nick included.

I kinda still wanna like Kurt, and I've seen him do good work on his own channel, but I also freely admit what others have said here about him being autistic.

The justification is that the law around self defense overlaps with the law around police use of force, with more leniency generally given to police as they are expected to take the safety of those around them into account as well as personal risk. Which kinda fell apart for me during the Arron Dean trial. Dude was on the woman's property. She had the right to defend against him. Not the other way around. Branca's conniption fit over the conviction came off as pathetic boot licking.

I don't intend to re-litigate the whole thing, or take the thread off-topic. I just want to point out I find his mindset rather distasteful. I also don't grasp how it became "conservative" to not take a more critical eye to the government's use of force. When I was growing up, conservative meant you tended to distrust the HELL out of government. Especially it's police powers.

Again, nobody Nick seems to run with these days is very likable in my eyes.

Also, note that Drexel doesn't seem to consider Nick to even be a Christian (3:12 mark), something Nick still maintains.
Drexel may very well be right.

I know Masterson contends Nick is Christian, but I think maybe that was all just a ploy to try and guilt trip Null into being more sympathetic towards Digibro (it did not work).

3:24 “Then you’re advertising bullshit”. Pretty rich take from a man that has put up a bullshit persona for 4 years only to tell every critic they’re wrong when they call him on his bullshit. But I digress, the master truly does know about what he speaks.

He mentioned the place by name last night and that is the one. Village meats and deli. But Beef jerky places inevitably ship and the website for Village Meats & Deli brags about how their jerky has been (or is) shipped nationwide.

And I second the person who said that nobody makes in-person appointments at a butcher to buy beef jerky. Or in Nick's case drives four hours round-trip to buy Jerky from a place that will ship it to your door.
Okay, I don't think Nick is going there for the jerky but, he did in the past drive all the way to a movie theater for popcorn whenever he wanted it. So it's not entirely outside the realms of possibility.
I do think the clinics are far more likely and that he is grabbing the Jerky merely while he is in the area.

I feel my energy levels dropping just listening to this pansy whining. What exactly is his problem here? Too many sponsors are approaching him? Oh and those meanies at Rumble want him to fulfill his contract. If you're having trouble keeping up, HIRE SOMEONE. How can a man so blessed, be this self-centered and ungrateful?
