No. There are some types of sites which are explicitly illegal here, which basically means they can be taken offline permanently. There are many more which host some content which the e-Safety Commissioner can declare an online crisis event which requires specific content be blocked for a limited period.

KF is not blocked in Australia.

It's actually funny, if you look at the page history, it was created by user SquareInARoundHole, who was both CheckUser banned (for those not familiar with MediaWiki terms, this is a sockpuppeting ban) and community banned. It looks like, they submitted Elliot's article to Articles for Creation, and it was declined for not meeting the general notability guidelines (GNG). Despite not meeting the GNG, they simply moved it to mainspace themselves because "I believe it was incorrectly marked NN" and just... no one challenged it.

Was just looking into this, attached are some relevant images. Is there any decent evidence that SquareInARoundHole is Elliot himself?

A few hundred pages ago there was a deep dive on Honeycomb's SF office and locations of some of their photos. But I'm too lazy to scroll back and find it again. Maybe all remote now post-COVID.

I don't think so, at least at a glance. Elliot is pretty open on their Lizthegrey Wikipedia account and would have certainly gotten CheckUser banned if they were socking like this person. SquareInARoundHole was associated with at least 3 other accounts, one of which is CodeHitchhiker, which leads us to Cher Scarlett (not their real name apparently, but I don't care enough to go find their previous one).

Spoiler: Evidence connecting everything

According to the Wikipedia sockpuppet investigation, the SquareInARoundHole account was "Likely" on a technical level (IP / User Agent evidence) to CodeHitchhiker. The SPI request says that they were using the CH account to conflict of interest edit and bypass their sanctions which had already been applied to the SIARH account by that point. They confirmed that CH is Cher because she uploaded a picture of herself to Wikimedia Commons and they were going to delete it for being unauthorized. Cher also openly calls themselves "The Code Hitchhiker" on their Polywork profile (whatever the fuck that site is).

At a glance I didn't see them being openly associated with Elliot, but they are in a similar field and also an activist of sorts. I don't have time to do a deep dive to see if they've associated with Honeycomb or anything like that, it may be entirely possible.

The issue we face with using "they" as a gender neutral but non-delusion affirming pronoun is it may accidentally affirm their false claims of multiple personalities.

If he invests his time and resources into something, there must be a purpose for it, otherwise he would just use those resources to indulge his decadent lifestyle

Keffals has the potential to be a positive influence on the world.
