Blocked and reported did an episode on Tomlinson and Singh. While they were sympathetic to Tomlinson, and viewed him as a bit of an idiot. I think Singh might be in the shit because Herzog has been digging into her background and there's a lot there.

a detail i forgot to mention, about a month ago I had asked their admin about the pests messaging patrick. He said he never had any contact from a lawyer, that it may not be illegal, and that hes told them not to do it.
Here's the interesting part: he very strongly denied the brothermen having ever contacted pat.

Yeah that's some bullshit right there. He's probably trying to cover his ass but the evidence of the Brothermen contacting Patrick by text is absolutely overwhelming. It gets cross-posted to here from the other forum, it's the only source of those images, so unless people on OnA have been posting fake screenshots of them contacting Pat for years, there's no other possible source of them. I don't know who he's trying to fool, frankly.
I don't know if it constitutes harassment either, not a lawyer, but what is certain is that Pat is desperate to have it look like harassment, that's why he engages and doesn't just block the numbers.
I've had a few nasty texts or emails over the years from exes or employees I've let go, I just block and don't engage. Sure, it's tempting to call them a shithead back, especially if that person is lying or you have unresolved business with them, but anyone with half a brain knows that it's never worth it - escalating these things is never in the interest of the person who is in the right, only the person who is in the wrong. But Pat, of course, doesn't have half a brain. Getting one shitty text message isn't harassment, it's getting a shitty text message. Getting lots of them without reply probably is, but that's not the situation here.
But there is precisely zero evidence that OnA are behind any of the swatings. That doesn't mean that someone who posts there, or lurks there, isn't responsible for one or more of them, but even if that were the case I don't see how that would make the board responsible for one person making stupid decisions in their own time against the expressed wishes of everyone involved.

In the Nadolski case, the judge pointed out that Patrick responding to Nadolski beyond "shut up and piss off" makes it a conversation, not harassment. Patrick's pigheaded anger getting the better of him and threatening his trolls makes it less harassment and more two retards fighting. A critical component of a harassment campaign is your inability to detach yourself from it. If Patrick had ignored the Pests, and they had continued to go after him, he would've had a case. But by interacting with them, he has destroyed his own argument. If Torswats is right and Patrick paid for his own SWATing, then Patrick is even stupider than we've imagined, and he absolutely has no case against the Pests.

I am a BARcast pay piggy and I was highly disappointed. I subbed to their Substack after the #dropkiwifarms campaign, they were extremely fair and even-handed in their coverage. Their attacks on the ONA brothermen are anything but tho. Over on ONA they have posted convos where they call Katie and they're really mean dick-heads to her, which is probably part of why she doesn't like them, but I honestly expect more from journalists, as stupid as that is when I say it out loud.
