Nick also went into detail about how much he lost on the Vegas event and how stupid it would be for him to organize it if his only goal was to fuck his fans:

I'm not sure what arguing the event was not financially viable is supposed to prove. In any case, it seems like the main reason he lost money was because they went on a clothes shopping spree (not a real expense for the event) and because they overspent on their accommodation.

I think we are reading too much into Nick's comments re: Null and trying to ship them when there's not much there.

Nick's "I would've helped you, but you blew it" is classic narcissistic bluster.

I do recall Josh making a comment one time on MATI that he wakes up in the middle of the night sometimes and used to text Nick off-the-cuff abstract legal questions.

But realistically, Nick never did and couldn't really do anything tangible to help KF/Null other than bringing new members through exposure around the time of the original Keffals attack.

Even then, the exposure was mostly self-serving just so that Nick could parrot his "freeze peach absolutist" talking points that got exposed a short time later with his Locals alogs.

Nick is able to answer legal questions from the point of view of a new law school graduate and that can sometimes be useful. But his practical experience in the law and many areas of law that he talks about is often close to zero. His legal advice isn't as useful as he (Nick) seems to think it is.
