Joji ended Filthy Frank partly because he was tired of doing the same schtick and he wanted to move on, and partly because doing the Filthy Frank voice took a toll on his health. It had nothing to do with him seeing this content as bad or harmful, he did for purely personal reasons.

But he not only left all the old videos public, not only he still acknowledges his past audience, I don't think his sense of humor even changed.
