Pixy could probably pass as an ugly man if she took T and got her tits chopped off. (The T would also lower her voice to masculine levels). But her main fixation seems to be aesthetic in nature, a pretty teen girl or a pretty boy, and she's not going to magically become a teenager again, nor be "pretty" regardless of what gender she tries to go with so she's going to be miserable and angry.

If Pixy wants to pass as a man she's going to have to do a lot more shit to permanently alter her body and then still accept she will be a very unattractive man.
