White Californian Liberals will be shocked that the Mexicans and blacks who live there don't want to see gay and tranny shit targeted at kids. I'm not sure how I held it together but I wanted to be sick. I don't understand how this is suddenly a normal talking point, like I know it keeps ramping up and up but still. A baby might be getting harmed and the primary topic of concern is "well you can't prove this is harmful" even though plenty of women will err on the side of caution when it comes to breastfeeding and put "breast is best" to oneside when there's other potentially bigger issues going on. I remember my sister had been really craving steak tartare and went for it, so didn't feed the littlun with her milk for a week just in case, she just expressed and then used formula, JUST IN CASE.

The page reviews the literature, mostly on its use by women who don’t produce enough milk or by adoptive mothers who want to nurse but including a few moobers, as I would like to name them. The tl;dr is that it’s not very effective in boosting milk production in lactating women and has many unpleasant side effects. It can be very difficult to discontinue, for one thing. In men, adoptive mothers, and one CAIS person it was shown to induce some lactation after a great deal of hassle.
There are other, more benign ways to increase milk production in lactating women. For everyone else, the non-milk benefits of nursing are available during bottle feeding with skin to skin contact and mutual face gazing. If a man still insists on bio hacking his vestigial mammary glands and involving an innocent tiny person, then he is a perv.
