Initially I thought "oh that's hilarious, there's just a random page full of tranny doxes" but after doing some digging and seeing a whole shitstorm of tweets calling out Rose, a few bells rung in my head. It turns out that this is the Kiftsgate Rose that one newfag a couple months ago joined this site and posted a terribly-formatted OP in PG about (onion), before getting revealed to be one of the very people involved in a slapfight with Rose, then redacting the thread and attempting to delete it before it got spergatoried.
A lot of what's gone down has been unfortunately deleted and unarchived. The most damning allegations I could find was this Google Doc named "KiftsgateRosa/KekseTheFox" that unfortunately has not been archived (retards keep using it when Google Docs routinely deletes these sort of docs for violation of ToS) and unfortunately all the images are lost, but this is all the remaining text:

And the account which originally posted it has unfortunately locked and unarchived, meaning I cannot find much that isn't just hearsay or could be doctored.

The guy has been privated on his twitter account for a few days now. I expect him to just abandon the account and run away with the money, or fake a suicide and try to get some sympathy for scamming people.

As of writing this, Caden Wayne Scholeck has stolen at least $4,000 of the ~$8,000 in donations. He's also been inactive on twitter since 20 May, VERY VERY Unusual for a twitter tranny to be off the internet for more than 12hrs...
Also the refund system is not automatic, you have to apply to get your money back, and nobody is willing to go thru that process...

I've seen this guy on twitter a few times and finally found his thread. If the kid was born 10 years ago he would have been bullied, but had a better chance of getting his shit together. Now, in clownworld, everyone was just told that his weird fetishes were his "lived experiences" and let him run his life into the ground. I'm salts on the site, (I didn't write anything at all, it's more of just there as a joke). Only thing I helped Rose get is the "Ivey Wivey" Archive.
