There's a section on "adult technology" and an image of a Rasberry Pi logo. Click on it and it takes you to another page which says nothing but pretends it does. Just like the other pages.

And it originally said their first brothel was scheduled to open this year. He's changed it to next year on the IG profile but it's still 2023 on the site. Not very professional there Russtard. Also nobody is going to want to partner with him after seeing that.

If you conduct part of the business of prostitution where it's illegal, you've just opened yourself to jurisdiction there. In theory states or the feds could try to outlaw travel for sexual purposes but it's likely to run into constitutional issues and in reality, they seem to just let it slide so long as they keep such activities to the brothels where it's legal.

They'd probably prosecute Russhole if he set up such an app, not that the retard has any ability to create one.

EDIT: After seeing @Useful_Mistake's post regarding hotel development costs, I'm beginning to think that Russhole's only shot at starting a brothel "resort" is to set up a trailer park in the middle of desert with a bunch of used trailers that should have been dismantled and dumped into landfill 20 years ago.

He could attempt to zshoosh up the place by redecorating the trailers and putting up some of those soft LED light strips that YouTubers like. For the grounds, digging a hole in the ground, filling it with water and calling it a "pool" is about as far as Russ's budget would probably stretch.
