Have to agree. I'm usually awful at pinpointing facial changes in general, or articulating what and is/not different, but even I see Dylan's face seems to have settled very much back to its old self. Kind of remarkable, actually. Perhaps it is a sign to leave it all alone.

You answered your own question there: it's because Dylan is a white man and zoomers drag white women. Regardless of race, women are always highly criticized for their appearance. They can say transwomen are women all day long but when it comes to belittling women they suddenly know that transwomen aren't women because they treat them just like men.
Whenever a leftist man wears something thats feminine, he is praised for it no matter how bad it looks. Typically if a woman wears something so bad she won't be compliments or maybe her friends will pull her aside, but if its a man he basically gets a standing ovation. This behavior is the same towards transwomen.
I've never seen a transwoman be dragged about his appearance by leftists, but the first insult out of their mouths to women is "ugly Karen". Speaking of which, transwomen are never called Karens.
