Normal people would spend their time seeing the sites, but if our hero was normal we wouldn’t be here.
According to High Court listings we are going to be treated to Hayden v Yalland round 2 and another opportunity for some lady lawyer larping on teh internets. It’s listed under costs so Tony will be arguing he don’t owe nuffin.
It’s all go. The hearing takes place at 7:30pm, or 10:30am bong time which will give him time to stock up at Chubby Buns Burger bar for energy and might even be over before last orders at Sydney’s finest Twink emporium.

A case hearing date fell due while he was there.
Case was the fallout from his failed claim against Yalland in 2020 referenced by Jersh in TTOTGDI. Mobilefagging on Tor, no linky.
He’s not paid Yalland’s cost. Yalland received a default costs certificate forcing Tony to pay, Tony being Tony, quibbled over procedure to have it put aside.
Hayden ‘won’ and is boasting on Twatter.
Highlights from the court correspondents:
Tony’s win was not because of any points he raised, but because the judge spotted a different technicality that neither of them had noticed. Yalland was 24 hours late with the paperwork.
Yalland’s costs are still outstanding and Yalland was directed to re-serve them.
Steven was the Steven we know of old. No attempt at masking, he was incandescent with rage, shouting and interrupting. Even angrier and a worse vibe than when he famously tried to prevent the university moot from going ahead.
Judge seemed irritated and perplexed. These hearings are normally for complex cases with costs over £75k and he’s having to adjudicate a petty squabble over £3k
Judge wouldn’t accept Yalland pointing out the obvious; Tony doesn’t want to pay and has no intention of paying.
Yalland got told to call Tony Miss Hayden instead of “she” but caused much joy by confusing who was what sex. He called Tony, Mr Hayden and Yalland, Miss Yalland.
TLDR: a draw. Tony’s arguments ignored, costs certificate set aside, Tony still has to pay Yalland’s costs, expect more slapfighting.

After all the stalking and harassment that Caroline has had, they now have the gall to say her misgendering someone is stalking! Never mind her being harassed in her home non-stop.
