The US government doesn't want to glass the entire population - and that's what it will have to come to destroy all dissidents. If dissidents can hide with the normies like the Taliban did in Afghanistan, then it no longer becomes expedient to just start bombing where you think they may be. The elite need enough serfs to work the land and perform menial labor in order to keep the government and the rest of the elite fed, and they will most certainly destroy more normies than dissidents since the dissidents will be spaced out. Therefore, using all those fancy bombs and missiles on the American public is a shit idea that will lead to mass deaths of the people too scared or too dumb to resist you and will galvanize the rest into rebelling. What's the point of going along with the government if all you're going to get is death for it? Even the dumb ones have a sense of survival and self-aggrandizement - once they see the US government indiscriminately killing loyal citizens along with evil Nazis, they realize they are not a protected class and their support goes out the window.

This makes sense. According to public court filing he’s suing her for misuse of private information. A strike-out has a very high bar and she’s unlikely to win it if he can prove he has a nugget of a claim.
Missing court process which is what she’s likely to have gone for is difficult to prove, even in Tony’s case with a based judge.
The counterclaim, knowing Steven, will consist of loads of petty administrative slapfighting that he revels in and trying to get it struck out. She’s not going to be able to get a restraining order until he’s had a number of claims struck out as being without merit. If the cc succeeds she won’t get any money out of him either.

He doesn't have a point and he doesn't know anything about how the British Legal system works. The Police have evidence that they won't give to farrow and instead will only release to her solicitor. This incidentally is exactly how the US tried to run the military tribunals at Gitmo.
A lot of posters here particularly the ones who turned up after the thread was featured have no idea how the UK legal system and Police work. They are trying to fuck her around to get her to agree to the monitoring. The Police are clearly misinterpreting the law, but this is the best bit. In the UK it is accepted by the courts that the Police's ignorance of the law can't be used against them.
In important high profile cases, the courts often treat police statements 'with caution' particularly the regular plot. If you want an example there's this.
The police put forward the officer on duty at the Manchester Arena during the bombings for a medal. Even though they knew she'd skived off and she could have prevented the bombing if she'd done her job. During the inquiry it eventually came out, after a witness insisted despite police pressure that an hour before the bombing he'd gone up to her and pointed out Abedi and that he was acting suspiciously. She had 'no recollection' of him doing so.
Another example the pictures below are both of former Police officers. The one on the the left is known as PC Naughty on OnlyFans (I'm not making this up) . The PC on the right is Wayne Couzens, who shortly before he murdered Sara Everard was caught on CCTV committing indecent exposure. PC Naughty was assigned to investigate, and even though there was fucking CCTV and multiple witnesses, she couldn't solve the case, in fact she didn't even ask for the CCTV.
The Police covered up the story about PC Naughty for nearly a year, because it suited them to pretend that the problem isn't that they're incompetent but rather they just need a bit of training on sexism.
