Disney Adults / Disneymania

Disneyland now has a troon dressed as the Fairy Godmother from Cinderella in front of the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, whose job is to help little girls customize dresses.

Was he even a troon?

In the video he says his name is "Nick".

It is a rainbow turd:
It's amazing how even with all the layoffs that are taking place within Disney, they're still making in roads with Pride Month. Aside from looking like literal propaganda, this honestly just looks like a bland, sterilized version of happy people pretending to like rainbows and actual transvestites dressing up as princesses for literal girls.

and in response to the discussion had itt early on
the issue, in my eyes, isnt "adults consuming childrens media"
its "adults consuming childrens media the same way children do"

its perfectly ok to keep enjoying those things you did as a kid, but disney adults, in their refusal to grow up, enjoy them the same way children do.... on the same LEVEL as children
furthermore theyre not only emulating the enjoyable parts of childhood while rejecting the unpleasant parts they shouldve grown out of, they want an excuse to engage in the horrible childish behavior as well

look at it this way- if you used to play baseball and moved on to a higher league, it doesnt mean you cant play a little backyard game with the neighborhood kids anymore... sure you can, its good fun
whats NOT right, is playing your hardest against a buncha 10 year olds and then running off going "HAHA I BEAT YOU I BEAT YOU STINKYFACE! NANANANANA!" and hoping the coach rewards you with ice cream for that kinda behavior

I was also thinking of the phenomena of people who say they're "healing their inner child" and i think thats unbelievably sad
not just the fact that these people had a childhood that caused them to feel the need to do something like that (altough im wondering how much thats even the case. i bet a lot of these people didnt have abusive, rough or impoverished childhoods by any means, what they consider to be a bad or less than ideal childhood is just normal childhood discomforts like having to learn how to behave and not getting everything they ever want, the stuff only kids stay mad at)...
im also concerned about the fact that what they consider to be 'healing' said inner child revolves entirely around consumption. theyre not interested in fostering the qualities of childhood they may have lost, the shamelessness or curiosity or creativity without fear of judgement... no, they want the STUFF. the toys, the sweets, the disneyland trips, the crap people didnt buy them.
"healing" something means fixing it in such a way wherein it can continue to grow, a child thats been healed is a child thatll live to see adulthood, not remain stagnant and stale in childhood forever, just wanting things, things and more things! tjeir ideal dream is a child's dream: own a buncha shiny things and go to didnyworl aaaaall the time!

TLDR: these people arent "childish" in their hobby or personality, because they like childish stuff
theyre childish mentally speaking because theyre literally unable to rationalize in a way that isnt befitting the developmental capabilities of a child

A little story for y'all, a few weeks ago a family friend came over for a visit. During the visit she mentioned how Governor DeSantis was ruining Disney World and how he should back off. I tried to interject but she kept on cutting me and my mom, who's a Disney Adult-lite, with bullshit. She's fairly liberal so I guess you can figure out a bit more on your own.

Maybe you should kill your family.

Actually that got me thinking, don't most countries in the world nowadays mandate that every food have an ingredient list? How do places like Gisney 'keep the magic' by not disclosing them?
They are disclosed on request. Every restaurant has a binder with full ingredient lists for every item that they will pull out if asked. It's just not publicly posted.

I'm not sure if anyone has posted this yet, but I stumbled onto a gem. A former Disney World Cast Member who was "friends with" Drizella, Melanie re-posted on her TikTok (magicalgirlmelanie) a video from a year ago in which she recounts the story of a Disney Adult getting pissy when Drizella signed her autograph book, then cried when said stepsister finished signing the book. The fact that Melanie reenacts the Disney Adult's expressions when in Drizella getup makes her retelling a bit more entertaining. Melanie appears to have about 15 more of these stories on her TikTok.

Story here. MP4 below.

PS: What the fuck are these adults doing at a Character Dining thing? This story would not have happened if these fuckers grew up, but we live in a society where arrested development is accepted and encouraged. Thanks Disney!

Disney Food Blog is pretty tame and pretty critical of Disney. They also have kids which almost automatically disqualifies you from being a Disney adult. (Or at least makes you a very different strain of the infection)
I legit thought it was a Disney account used for marketing as it used to clog up my facebook feed.
