Kat the Sage's real name is Philip Alexander Sisson of Norman, Oklahoma. Philip admitted his deadname here. He's also stated that he is currently 38 years old and that his birthday is on July 26th. He has also been very open about the domestic violence issues with his ex-fiance and his issues with the Norman Police Department.

On June 19, 2020, Redditor u/sagelukahn posted in r/normanok claiming that his ex-fiance was granted a protective order against him while the PO filed by him was denied. He also claimed that his ex beat herself up to incriminated him. Court records search revealed that a protective order was placed against Philip on June 18th. He filed one against her as well. The PO was dismissed on June 23rd for unknown reasons.

On June 30th both parties once again each filed for protective orders against each other. On July 1st the Twitter user Kat the Sage, @sage_lukahn posted that he had taken out a PO out against his abuser the day before. The PO was kept in place until December 21st and the case was dismissed. The Redditor u/sagelukahn then went to r/normanok on December 22nd and posted that his PO against his ex was dissmissed and that the Norman Police would arrest him if he made contact with her.

A few details of how his identity were nailed down have been omitted.

Effexor is mainly just an anti-depressant, that potential off-label effect is likely minor if it happens at all. On just an anecdotal level I've never heard of anyone prescribed it alone for any kind of nerve pain so I must assume the effect can't be very much. (And my bias against psychiatric drug studies makes me assume it's statistical noise some paper made a "finding" regarding. IIRC, SNRI's as a class are all listed for chronic nerve pain.)

Effexor can create chronic tiredness which can really really suck. Going on it can knock out your ability to care aboit anything.

Adderall: Bit of a PL, have some experience with this one. There are two types, the XR, extended release, which comes in a capsule and basically drip feeds it through out the day. Side affects minimal, it does its job. Then just the straight stuff, comes in tablets, which is what moron doctors usually perscribe and people get addicted to. You know the drill, its Speed with a break peddle. How he describes the instant effect, he got the latter

Venlafaxine or Effexor XR. Antidepressent and NERVE PAIN MEDICATION. So this bad boy is a two fer. Seems to have some side effects when trying to taper off like Xanex. Google is telling me SEVERE withdrawl symptoms, including nausea, vomiting, and mood swings. So he's stuck on this for a long ass time.

Buspirone also known as Buspar
Anxiety medication. Seems to be highly addictive.

Basically if he starts popping these, he is fucked. If he goes cold turkey, he is also fucked and in for a BAD time.

My personal extensive experience is that most psychiatrists will start you out on as few medications as possible, and the most well received ones on the market, and it's a matter of mixing and matching over months to a year to try and find a combination that's most effective for your mental illness with the least amount of side effects. The fact that he walked into a psych's office for one thing, and walked back out again with multiple new diagnoses and a whole swag of meds make me think that he's either got a far more extensive history in the psychiatric field than he says he has, or his psychiatrist is the type that joins a flock and flies south every winter.

That said, when I first started on ADHD drugs myself, I deliberately requested the type that clears your system entirely by the end of the day, purely to have one less medication that would send me into withdrawal when I stopped taking it. Also, I've never found it to a pleasurable thing to take; the first couple weeks I trialled it I stopped eating daily meals, but after I got used to it, it made no difference to my mood or general feeling of wellbeing. My understanding is that people who don't had ADHD do get a rush when they take the medication, and people who do have ADHD don't really feel different, they just perform much better. If this troon is getting a rush from ADHD meds, it really supports the "his psychiatrist is a quack" theory.

He genuinely believed that an announcer on the radio was giving him secret messages and the whole gang stalking shit. I ended up sleeping with my machete down one side of my bed and my hand axe down the other. Good times.
