Nick's on with Joe.
It's kind of funny and pathetic that after having a tantrum about how Rekieta Law isn't a law channel and how he doesn't want to talk law anymore, 2 weeks later he comes back from vacation and silently reverses that position since he probably realized he won't make any money talking about his balls and therefore won't be able to visit R&R anymore.

There's money to be made from doing/talking about the sex. When you're 20 and have a good body. Nick showed his and it looks like a pillow case full of mayo someone left in the sun for too long and he has run out of other work stories he had so I guess it's law or bust for him. Or law to get leathery bust would probably be more apt. You can take off the Balldo but you won't be able to get off the stench of infidelity and black dick, nor all the promises you made, the 24 hour stream, the 5k gift, all those shows you promised. You also can't shake the fact that your best fried at best seriously betrayed someone's trust he claims to have been friends with at best, probably groomed a child into letting her piss on him, that shit's not going away. And you can keep talking about how we're all mad and jealous and whatever you want Nick, but nobody is. You're just the punch line.

Polygyny only makes the slightest kind of sense in insanely warlike societies where half the men die young.
Or societies where at least men must be constantly gone from the home. Western Tibet has historically had polygyny but you marry the male brothers for that reason. The father has somewhat of an incentive to not just murder your offspring immediately.

There is no 24 hour stream, there is no 5k stream, no 5k gift

Am I not getting my 5k gift? I never expected one but he's the one who offered. I know he has his lawlsuit but didn't he promise the gift months before Montagraph came back into his life? It takes a special kind of tool to make unprompted promises to people who never expected or asked for anything and then backout.

Rekieta says people have been asking him to do "something meaningful".

:stress: MEANINGFUL CONTENT ALERT :stress:

He says he's working on some projects and had a business meeting today. Rekieta intends to author a book. He says it has "massive broad appeal", and has "gotten the team started today". He plans to start an Indiegogo or something similar. but only when the project reaches a certain level of tangible progress, because he fears that if he did it too early, he would get sidetracked and not finish the project.

Maybe deal with the 5k subs gift first?

Rekieta then segues and says that "people have been asking me to fight, to fight legally for some things. And something came across my plate, and I think you're going to love the fight, and I think the fight is going to be hype for this audience, and every LawTube audience." Not sure what this means, but he say's it's about "making real change".

I'm sure this crowd fund will go as well as his legal defense fund. And people thought Van Sciver's turnaround was long.
He said he's put together a crack team to help him write it. I don't know much about writing books, is it normal to need an entire team?

In other words he's going to scam the shit out of his remaining audience.
He actually kind of addressed that, well not so much addressed as blamed people for expecting him to follow through on his word.

He also mentioned he's starting some kind of new legal battle or something, he was really vague about it though. Nothing to do with Monty by the sounds of it. This was all part of a spiel on the new stuff he's got in the works. I'll clip it out sometime tomorrow.

For a nonfiction book it wouldn't be unusual to hire a researcher. For a celebrity (or the Internet equivalent anyway) it wouldn't be unusual to hire a ghostwriter.

My prior is that Nick with his college major would be too prideful to accept a ghostwriter, so if it turns out that's what the "team" is someone must have really talked some sense into him somehow.

It didn't sound like a lolsuit against Monty or any of Nick's detractors to me.

The mention of LawTube made me think it might be some sort of legal action to get access to some courtroom footage in an upcoming trial.

The only book I remember him talking about was his coloring book he wanted to make. But I don't know if the wine moms that buy shit like that would be considered a massive demographic of customers. A coloring book does seem up his alley in terms of work load though. Hire an artist. Hire a ghost writer to write the captions and whatever little else he wants in it. Hire someone to design the cover. Take profits.

I for one am looking forward to "the adventures of blackface Nick, the world's gayest cheerleader" coloring book and firmly believe it will be the hot item this Christmas.

I know some successful non-fiction writers with a string of books under their belts. All of them do their own research. I'm pretty sure that you only really get to hire a researcher if you've had massive success in the past and your current project is such a massive moneymaker that you've had an advance that's in the mid to high six figures.

This is a very tiny proportion of all non-fiction books. One of my friends referred to above is a successful by any metric. She's an NYT op ed writer and generally gets advances in the $100k range. Problem is, that doesn't mean you get $100k up front to stick in your arse pocket. It generally comes in three or four lumps. $25k on signing. $25k on delivery of the first draft. $25k on publication -- that kind of thing. She does pay a transcriber, who takes the tapes from her interviews and types them up. But the rest of the money goes on travel, living expenses, etc.

Of course, most writers don't have anything like her track record. My other friend writes rock and roll biographies. He's had some successes, but he tends to pick more obscure musicians to write about and his advances are appropriately small. Generally between £10k and £20k. Same deal with the multiple lump sums. You wouldn't call him unsuccessful -- he's written nine books and they're all still in print. But books are really a sideline. He still has to do his day job. He couldn't afford a transcriber, let alone to pay a researcher.

I think where you do get them is on those publisher generated 'packages', where the publisher comes up with an idea for a book (generally some kind of glossy coffee table type shit) and then they find a writer to do the work. Those writers generally get wages rather than royalties, I believe. And as you say, the bigger celeb biographists sometimes use them.

God knows how those polyamorists negotiate it all. It just seems like double the nagging and complaining to me.
That makes me wonder why everytime I see polyamorists mentioned in the media (that aren't religon based) in the states it is always one woman and several men cucks? Maybe it's easier being hole brothers than rod sisters??????? Cue the optimistic and thunk ratings.

He mentioned a book 'Art of the Grift' a while ago. He has said that he has most of it worked out because his process is plan it in his head then just write it all out at once (great literary process) If he wants to clear a bunch of promises, he will:

Write the book, include a colouring page, add an option for 5k LOCALS members to get a free autograph in theit copy, read some excerpts of it on a 24 hour stream, then cut it short at 4 hours yelling ' GET GRIFTED!'.

On to LOCALS food stream highlights:

There is a long rambling screed about how drama came to his channel and why it is other people's fault. It flowed from one topic to another and I will try to break them up, but he circled back so many times.

Honestly, I might rip this whole vid and archive it. It was a re-hash of the narrative spins he has done over the last 6 months of cope all pushed together.

- He had a business lunch yesterday. Assuming it was in person (he mentioned having Cajun dry rub wings) his help is local

- He whinged that he hasn't looked at hardly anything anyone sent him in the last 6-12 months because he has been so ragged for the last 6. Sometimes he did not want to do the show or barely had energy. He has a GREAT fun job, but sometimes it is REALLY hard. He didn't WANT to ignore it. He HAD TO! He didn't want to answer them then not follow through on his promises. He could have bitched all show every show for the whole duration.

What? Is this the new narrative to get back to respectable Nick content? I also recall him saying over an ober when he started cancelling shows that he would rather cancel shows than put out piss poor product...

- He has a fan who made a skeleton website for a merchandise store for a while he has done nothing with. He also bemoans the fact that he wanted to sell channel logo shirts, but the OG artist who made him a shirt with it doesn't have the image file. What???

- His satori with SM is that your biggest fans are NOT your biggest supporters. They work their way in and do work for you, but they want to be in your life and NOT help, but take the high of having the special position. He clarified that he does not mean Hydro or Kritikal.

These people will work their way in and think they control the show. You have to get rid of those people. Nick has several. He named Cynthia as pushing him to be the next Rogan. All this has happened in LOCALS.

He tolerated too many of these people run with narratives and try to ruin his life. They did it perpetually and he let it go.

- His retrospective is that he has tried to engage the Internet for 5.5 years with honesty, integrity, and a focus on fun. He has a weird life with homeschool and being married and wanted to share that. It has unique problems he wants to share with people. He was TOO honest though.

- In response to haters, he sees 2 paths: Free Speech or Censorship to protect yourself. The users used his FS stance to harm him to try to manipulate him. He got to a point where he had to cut them out. He could not do it anymore. He NEVER wants to ban anyone.

Is this projection of a fall out with family or content creators?

- He called out Kritikal that he doesn't know what Nick is referring to because he is being vague, but he is TOTALLY telling the truth. This is Kaladin Stormblessed from the DISCORD. I put a screenshot of his post there in the last few days.

- He bitched about LOCALS chat numbers being WAY less and irrecoverable. It was LOCALS fault for not putting in the block function fast enough. It DESTROYED the chat.

- The last month he has been focused on cutting out the parasites aforementioned that are NOT Cynthia or Clairebear. The parasites just need to move on. They are crazy GF who try to hurt you until you do what they want. He will change his opinions and habits to protect himself. He will NOT name them though and some of them do not realise that they are hurting him.

- Months ago, talking with Josh he said 'no one runs their community this way' referencing LOCALS. Nick's response was that no one LETS them do it. It was FUN. But paradoxically he cannot get back to what it was because it will go back to how it was in the early months this year. The problem is people AGAINST FUN!

- He has to build something different because of the parasocial haters. Last year when he was at a tattoo convention he was talking in a car via a chat that disapproved of his relationship with LOCALS people. He has met this person several times and they said that someone in LOCALS would hurt them. They were right in effect, but wrong on who it was.

This is the lead-up to his 'everyone clapped story' where a long-time fan confronted him about his parasocial relarionships and then realized THEY had one themselves then left the community quietly. At the time, Nick held this up as the RIGHT way to address problems with him

- Nick says parasocial relationships are totally FINE unless you try to put your expectations on others. All the people are moral fagging and lost all logic and reason to think he was trying to shag his audience. They wouldn't believe that he wasn't, but he TOLD them it WASN'T and that should have been enough. Then they crusade against you.

- Nick is still open to CRITICISM, but when you try to HURT people, he will boot them. - LeadAttorney validated him and the sex sharing because all his clients have no sex life. It shows a path forward to be anti-Manosphere. The Puritan Right is scaring him with prudery. People appropriated this narrative to accuse him of swinging

- He is putting out a polished video about this rambling topics

- He ADMITTED he started drinking and his drinking got out of hand on the show. He is not drinking until he figured out what is the right amount.

Is he in rehabilitation and addiction recovery? Remember when he said he doesn't drink as much as ir seems? He mentioned up to 9 whiskeys a day. Has he admitted a problem?

- He said the Friday shows got TOO degenerate. It was not Camelot. It was the format that was supposed to be FUN but became SEX TALK 24/7

- He said he went from care-free, to irreverent, to crude, to lewd in his humour. He has to retool the Friday show to avoid that. He will be fun, but he has to set limits.

For the people who told him so and were right, THEY still were wrong because they told him like a FAG.

- I called it! Nick said he was not having fun! That was the problem with the show!!

Shame Cynthia is not here to do her victory lap.

- He said he has less yearly shows than Crowder in his contract.

- He is cutting back repetitive and stale things like Unbreaded that is over-played. He also does not like to be locked into show formats. That is why he flakes on Joe.

If Nick connected with Hedo bullployees on Instagram, does this also means that he lied about using false name for his holiday stay?

"I'm Rick Nekieta, here is my official Instagram profile. Don't mind the 'Nick Rekieta' in the title, it is a cover personality in my private law investigation firm."

Not important, but yet another inconsistency for man who never lies.
