Patrick Sean Tomlinson / @stealthygeek / "Torque Wheeler" / @RealAutomanic / Kempesh / Padawan v2.5 - "Conservative" sci-fi author with TDS, armed "drunk with anger management issues" and terminated parental rights, actual tough guy, obese, paid Quasi, paid thousands to be repeatedly unbanned from Twitter

Four years and still no knock from this guy. I did get a quarter worth between $4-10 from a store I visited recently. Only just noticed it. (it's a 1967 silver coin that was in circulation here). It'll go well with the nickles I have from 1930's or so that are still made out of nickle (they were supposed to be melted down to help with WW2). Got those from shoppers decades ago.

That was a really stupid move on his part to pitch voluntary amortization of debt with no intent of going through with it. He has to realize by doing this that going forward the court and the opposing attorney aren't going to likely give him any leeway or benefit of the doubt. Any shred of goodwill he had with both parties is now completely gone. Anything further that is proposed by him is going to met with a fairly high burden to ensure that he isn't just doing it strictly to delay the enforcement of his debt or for the keks. I would imagine it will become very "Put up or shut up" for everything going forward.

dibs on the pepperoni
He’s going to hide those assets very well, stalker. You will never get your infant hands on his precious pepperoni nor his secret formula.

Enjoy thousands of years of prison.

I know he is the king of bad life choices, but even this was a bit of a surprise to me. Pat and Nikki really are a pair of pant-shitting retards.

He's so fat and retarded he probably doesn't even know it happened yet.
He's going to actually face legitimate financial consequences, right? I don't want him dead broke or anything, just enough financial pressure to get him to overreact and oink a bit louder for awhile.

I can't even imagine how funny some texts and tweets posted here are going to be.

He didn't though. As the exam took place he was tweeting shit from a stupid bar two blocks or so from the court house. His wife literally put him in adult daycare so he wouldn't fuck it up, then she did herself. Those two fucks deserve each other.

Really depends on how aggressive Quasi gets about it. He owes the money dead to rights. If he keeps dragging his feet on it he could be forced into involuntary bankruptcy and liquidated. I'm pretty sure even his Mustang with a two stroke engine so he has to mix oil in with the gas is not exempt under bankruptcy, so Quasi could emasculate him by seizing it.

See the problem with poor people is that they don't have assets.

What's great is that his insatiable need for blind denial means he missed an opportunity for a whole "THE TERRORISTS ARE TRYING TO STEAL MY HOME THEY ARE SWATTING ME AT" arc. Well, I mean before he went completely scorched earth to dig himself in a bigger hole with anyone who might be an ally.

Judge signed the proposed order already, voluntary amortization saga is officially over

So, if I understand everything:
  • Patrick filed voluntary amortization, which basically means paying off the debt over time
  • Something happened with the trustee (probably Patrick childing him)
  • The trustee filed for a dismissal of the amortization
  • Dismissal was granted
  • Quasi's coming for that hovel
Am I missing anything?

Presumably he didn't do anything that was required for this Wisconsin procedure, so his claim under Chapter 128 was dismissed, because he didn't do what was required. This could be seen as a sign of bad faith and make it more difficult for him in the future to plead poverty or some other bullshit.

If I were in the same situation as Quasi I'd consider going after that fat hog Nikki and garnish her wages, because I doubt Rick has even let her know what she's into by just being stupid enough to be married to him.

So what's next for old fat? A quarter house? An eighth?
He will use all his construction skills and discarded chairs to build a second, better house in a second, better location of course. Here's a state of the art simulation of how that might look.
