The proposed motion was actually filed on the 16th, it only showed up yesterday on the courts website. I don't think it's strange, there isn't much for the court to consider if the trustee just doesn't present a payment plan proposal at all, there isn't even an opposing party in this proceedings. Creditors can't force Pig to go through with it, or compel him to comply with the trustee, it's a voluntary amortization of debts.
