"Mad at the Internet" - a/k/a My Psychotherapy Sessions

With homo month still chugging along, a new potential contender enters the ring. Internet Historian's new video on his game explanation channel makes a decent amount of gay and troon jokes, which is surprising with how fearful creators are these days and harkens back to an older and more enjoyable Internet. It's nothing extreme, but definitely more than we've seen in a long time and from what I remember IH in an interview mentioned being more right leaning in terms of politics. Could be another sign that the gay has overstayed its welcome and we're finally seeing a bigger reversal of the pendulum.

I finished watching the stream and it was a good stream
Also based Kanye calling out the megumins and Haramburger for making Null go on and on and on and on and on

Snip snoop, it’s Miloop?
Oh wow, that's a blast from the past. I remember a video taking the piss out of her starting with the dude baffled by this phrase, and then going "snip sneenus, you've still got a penis." Anyone remember who that was? One of the Sargon wannabes, I believe.

I know MATi hates Elon (Sad!) but I found this recent tweet in particular quite interesting (even operator Moon sometimes uses this particular ideological signifier, ie fully supports this ideology, making Musk more baaased than Moon in this regard).

/edit - though if it's a slur then maybe Moon is in fact Baseder than Musk. Actually the more I think about it, Elon might just put a blanket ban on slurs at some point, which would suck as I enjoy calling people faggots on twitter.
I don't think any of this will be enforced. Elon is just an attention whore that wants people to say "omg look how based he is" without ever actually doing anything of value for the cause.

It's over, RIP

Apparently the last message received from the doomed sub was "It's erver. Okay, chyat... buh-bye!" Only a bottle of Maker's Mark, an AR-15, one silver coin, a laminated copy of a diagnosis of cancer-AIDS, and a heavily used Balldo were found in the wreckage.

I was reading about Aaron Swartz recently. Someone who was once considered a cofounder of Reddit. He committed suicide in 2013.

He downloaded a lot of academic journals from MIT and put them online for free. Academic journals have a ticket price sometimes in the thousands of dollars (which nobody really pays). Federal prosecuters declared that he'd stolen millions of dollars of 'intellectual property' charged him with wire fraud and he was looking at 35 years in prison, when he hanged himself.

The other two founder of Reddit have almost completely written him out of the history of the company, they've even cleaned up his Wikipedia entry. Reddit is mentioned twice in the article, once stating that his involvement is disputed. Though him being dead the dispute can't really go anywhere.

Anyway I wonder what he'd think of the current state of Reddit.
