While Dobson is known to be a bitch about everything, he probably only hated drawing that because he never got recognition for it. In his mind, the world doesn't deserve his hard work (LOL) or talent (again, LOL) unless everyone puckers up and kiss his sweet ass.

I wonder if he'd still be producing art if he hadn't climbed into the SJW arena.... because there have been times where I've been drawing/writing something and had a moments pause because I actually thought "Wait, is that character too black?" "Is this sexist?" "what if someone sees this and gets offended?" before I snap out of it with "Who are you doing this for? Yourself? Or them? Who CARES what they think?" and then I'm back on track...
I kinda feel bad that Dobson may not have been able to resist the feeling of "others may not like my art!" and start his slow descent into self-censorship until we reach the current day of him doing nothing but kissing butt of people who ultimately have no use for or direct influence on him.
He seems like a disagreeable and petulant person, but even when he was losing jobs and girlfriends to said personality, he was at least still an artist.

Nothing of importance and value would be lost if his account was closed. His "fans" would go find another artist to look up to and regret having watched Dobson in the first place.

That would be equivalent of him admitting being wrong, so not likely. Also, this really shows how little commitment he puts at doing any task. Even his departure from DeviantArt was half-assed. Far better artists than him have picked up and left, wiping their galleries and shutting down their pages for good. He just blocks comments and leaves everything intact, even email notifications just to get reminders that he was once someone on that site. At this point his tag should be changed from "Careercow" to "Sadcow".
