Everyone seems to have forgotten the whole scandal surrounding them. But I still see comments calling out the creators for taking their sponsorship.
Yeah, but MONEY. To be honest, shilling BetterHelp in the True Crime "community" is probably lucrative. Everyone, from the "creators" to the commenters, can't shut up about muh mentals and the mentals of the victim or the perpetrator and how important it is that we never assume things about mentally ill people or shame anyone for their fetish or eccentric behavior. If there's any community that will fall for a "therapy" scam it's this one. And probably also the "raised by narcissists" community, which is full of strangely self-obsessed people.
A couple years ago I drove by a billboard shilling better help and I wish I had pulled over to take a picture of it.
