Ukrainian Defensive War against the Russian Invasion - Mark IV: The Partitioning of Discussion

So uh......many here and elsewhere are saying that the FSB/russian glowies will obviously poison/window wagner man and his friends in the next few months after he cucked out but that all assumes something rather important

That the FSB/russian glowy sphere is loyal to putin

Suppose that the russian deep state is actually extremely fuckin peeved at putin and friends because of the last year and a half and all their non-russian interests and ventures turning into a massive fucking trashfire and jeopardising their prospects forever going forwards.

Suppose when said deep state had some polite discussions with putin, he was too high off his own jenkem to listen or straight up had his goons ice some of them to show them who is boss.

Suppose this resulted in certain arrangements being made with an easily bought goon putin was dumb enough to make irreplaceable, and when the time came for a certain plan to come to fruition, said goon was able to blitz through russia virtually unopposed with russia's internal forces seeming surprisingly reticent to do shit about it

Now suppose the deep state once again had a discussion with putin, in which it was made clear exactly who actually ran the show in russia and what he needed to do so he could pretend for a little while longer it was him

A reach? Maybe, but we really should not be so quick to assume the FSB's loyalty is ironclad at this point
I think this is cope, but I've seen essentially the same thing stated elsewhere and it's not beyond reason. Prigozhin may actually be in charge now and Putin was told he needs to go into retirement. Palace coup happened, but nobody is being told about it. I highly doubt it, too sophisticated for these gangsters imo, but it's possible.

Prediction: Lukashenko will re-establish the USSR under his rule before 2024.
You say that in jest but IIRC Lukashenko was originally the favorite among the post soviet elite/establishment to lead the planned "Union State" after Yeltsin's term was up, only for this to be scuppered when putin angled himself into russian leadership

I legit would not be surprised if russia and belarus holding a quick "referendum" and declaring the union state to put him in the kremlin and have him clear house to said elite's satisfaction is on the cards should putin go to the great gulag in the hereafter

Ok now this theory has been mooted I am putting serious thought into the "the whole war was transcendent 10D chess by lukashenko to get revenge on putin and place himself in control of the union state after over twenty years of seething" and im starting to feel like Hank after he first suspected Walt in Breaking Bad and just rechecking and reassessing fucking everything to try and confirm if this is actually fucking legit

What in the actual fuck was the past 36 hours?

This is rhetorical, I don't give a shit about what all the pro Russia and Pro Ukraine smooth brains here have to say.

Edit*
@not william stenchever they're more of a carrot people.

I just don't know what to think. You have thousands of fiercely loyal battle-hardened veterans who have suffered endless trials and misery for the sake of the emperor, yet are disrespected and treated as common infantry. You're the leader of these men, who follow you in a treasonous assault against the seat of the empire itself, with a high risk of death, and you sell them out for a few political favors while right outside the gates of the citadel? Seems crazy. I can't see this ending well for Prigozhin. His men will hate and feel betrayed by him, Moscow will fear and hate him. No winners here.

Oh fuck it's Jan 6th all over again!

For real though it's gotta sting for those soldiers. Let's not forget what provoked this was the Russian MoD (allegedly) bombing a Wagner camp killing their men. Not to mention the thousands who died as a result of Soygoo's incompetence. These guys were ready to drain the swamp (with guns) and now...

Well that anger isn't going to vanish just because Mr Chef decided to offer his head on a plate. Putin's regime is still in a very dangerous situation and the circumstances that caused it remain.

This saga is worth keeping an eye on for a while yet.

It's all so bizarre. Prighozin by all metrics had WON. He was on the cusp of going into the history books. A man who took fucking Moscow with a private army.

And he fucking blinked. Right at the gates of the city with nothing in the way to stop him. What a fool. You don't survive something like this. Putin would have promised him anything he wanted and will knife him at the first opportunity.

At least all this has provided for some decent lulz
