I think there’s a non-trivial faction within the DNC that genuinely wants to run him in 2024, and everyone else is simply running around like headless chickens unable to come up with a better plan. It’s already 2023, if there was going to be another pick for the uniparty to rally behind they would’ve already stepped up to the plate.
It's part of why I think the RFK JR run isn't a joke. Biden hasn't stepped down, bowed out, nor has made any indications to do so. I think the unity that has held them together for so long is beginning to crack.

Think of it from their perspective. For two years they had the ability to do what they wanted. What did they do? Not much honestly, but suffer defeat after defeat at the state and judicial level. Now we're in 2023 and that has only heated up. Trannys are hated, pride month a joke, ESG and Blackrock named and shamed, Abortion is in shambles, Those nasty NRA gun activists have actually won, and now diversity and colleges have taken a ass beating. Life as a democrat kinda sucks, and considering that these are revolutionaries we are talking about... expect shit to get revolutionary as factions start splitting off.

Actually, all that tells us is that if you get the judiciary you kinda get it all.

Which is kind of disturbing.
Eh, not really. It's supposed to safeguard the constitution. The reason why people are making such a fuss about it now is so much unconstitutional shit is finally being thrown out by people who actually believe in it.

Precisely. The Judicial Branch SHOULDN'T have to be working in overdrive like they are rn, but they will given the proper people with the will to ensure order and keep the retarded elite in line. That is the difference between us and Europe. Europe, you get parliament, you can rape the country and the cows and the courts do nothing. Here? The machinery moves slow, but when it finally does, things happen, and you see the shit heads in power moan and bitch that their master plan isn't going exactly to Kekiau. Loyalty is to the constitution in this country, not those in power that use it. The Supreme Court has been making us remember that these last couple of years.

Just saying, this will only last so long the current crop of judges remain on the bench. Biden will happily appoint three more KBJ to the bench and there will be no recourse either.

To inject a little humour (along with what might be a blackpill) into this thread, Justice Dankula, the most respected member of the Supreme Court, replied to Joe Biden on Twitter regarding the whole affirmative action thing. Remember everyone, if you think that voting matters you should also remember that a lot of people really should have no place near a voting booth. May many of the replies to this tweet serve as that reminder.

Part of me holds a small shred of hope that enough Democrats have a conscience - or a combination of self preservation and awareness - to vote with the republicans to convict Biden. I wouldn't be surprised if the date that the were supposed to vote has another Jan6 false flag even though.
You're out of your fucking mind if you think even the Republicans would vote to convict in the Senate. Start tallying off people like Mitt Romney right away, the vote requiring 67 votes is probably one of the biggest fuckups the founders ever did. 60 votes is a high enough hurdle to begin with, 67 is impossible.

that's why the legislative branch has been as useless for as long as america has existed as a country

That is kind of the point, the shit passing the senate should be the most obviously basic to everyone ideas..not "The Party leader threatens to cut funding to everyone who doesn't vote the way the uniparty wants"

I understand that the bar had to be set high to prevent abuse but when its so far as to be impossible it causes actors to start acting outside the playground to get their agenda done. There are zero vectors at the moment to correct the insane level of corruption in the legislature and executive branch and its starting to rip society apart. There has never been a super majority in the Senate in opposition to the sitting President, super majorities itself being extremely rare. The notion that one party would be bouncing out Presidents right and left is unfounded.

What's more painful is he's stringing along the country in his dementia filled decline. A person with some empathy and leadership qualities would have declined such a leadership position for being unfit.

Everyone knows Biden isn't in charge. Biden even said so himself "They told me I'm not allowed to talk about that". The team behind him control the country. He had to be led around by the Easter Bunny for God's sake.

They all seem pretty healthy to me lol. I think they can wait Biden out.
There is a reason why they floated the trial balloons of the nontroversies surrounding Alito and Thomas, the two justices furthest to the right. It’s a total cohencidence that those two “scandals” hit in hopes there’d be some political pressure to get them to step down. If nobody on the right is dying or retiring anytime soon, and they can’t pack the courts, then Plan B is to try to force them out. It didn’t advance beyond point and sputtering but it absolutely would not surprise me that there will be further attempts to shove them out the door.

And if that doesn't work....there's always assassins. And they're gonna get the good ones.

And that's why Democrats are so determines to expand and pack the SCOTUS.

Behold: another reason why the US is the best attempt at this "power to the people" style of government in the world.

If it isn't Biden, it'll be Kamala. Or Gavin Newsom. Or Gretchen Whitmer. The next stock of Democrat POTUS hopefuls really strike me as true believers. And they'll absolutely force court expansion and packing and activism down the throat of everyone.
I don't see anyone dying in the next year, so good luck with that.

Everyone's healthy before the hitmen come to fuck you up.

Honestly, I'm not sure of the makeup, but if a vote to comes, The GOP will totally name and shame those who don't vote to impeach or convict. And if there's one thing these guys hate, it's their image taking a hit.

The Republicans would be suicidal to let it happen. Until its happening, it's just retarded screeching and gnashing of teeth
