Who Shot Mr. Burns. It was Maggie for Mr. Burns trying to steal her candy. If I recall there was an episode of The Simpsons where Mr. Burns tried to do something like that, only to end up getting shot and almost killed for it. Too bad it’s just a cartoon at the end of the day.
Only if they fuck her out of running for her Senate seat again since Kamala has always had that sour "YOU KNOW HOW MUCH POWER I HAD TO GIVE UP TO BE VICE PRESIDENT????????" Look on her face where you can tell she regrets giving up her Senate seat to be VP.And she would go absolutely bugfuck thermonuclear. It would be GLORIOUS.
So pushing out the notice of what's going on in society to the masses and trying to sway them is just a glorified idea guy. Ok. So no matter which option is pushed you're critical amusing.@Mewtwo_Rain
Literally a glorified idea guy that just sits around, thanks for proving my point.
Founding fathers: get taxed without representation, get mad, fight for freedom, win.
You: notice decades of institutional rot at some point, bleat about it, bleat some more as the rot gets worse, bleat that something bad will happen for real guys, sit around while bleating about it more claiming you're totally going to do something as the rot continues.
You're not in the same hemisphere of "doing anything" as the Fathers were kid.
"People like me" mock you "self-righteously" because you never say anything of substance besides stating the obvious (things are bad and will probably get worse), all the while saying with this air of superiority that you're the smartest guy in the room who everyone should look to. This exemplified by how all you doompillers make these long rambling posts that again, just state the obvious, with maybe a tinge of "but when that time comes we'll really do SOMETHING". Which not only makes you a waste of space in disseminating ideas about current predicaments, it also makes you attention whores. Hence why more and more posters besides me get a kick out of knocking of your high horse.
I'm not your dad dude, you're the one who thinking the US will head into some apocalyptic scenario soon. Be your own man and figure it out.

To be honest I feel like most people are making plans for the potential future. What some users don't understand is pushback is part of the information war being waged (gas lighting vs. reality, trying to get information to normies and more) which is prep for physical warfare. Warnings/etc are to try to wake up the masses and so on.I'm more confused about these constant talks on here and other threads about "what we should be doing" when I assume none of us are billionaire investors that can start running for office, or organize new NGO's or thinktanks or advertising and awareness campaigns.
And from the influence from the top I'd assume everyone on this site would have to be a billionaire to have the collective power to push back against globalhomo.
We can control our immediate circumstances and that of our families, maybe move out of the cities. Or move states. From the information we disseminate here. But I don't assume I or anyone else here has the money and connections to start "doing something" in the way people talk of these grand plans of "this is how we should fix things"
I'm just constantly confused of these people that discuss these theoretical scenarios.
Because the Republicans are a bunch of limp dick failures who accomplish nothing. There is no legal and nonviolent way to actually get anything done if your politics are anything other than globohomo neoliberalism. There’s nothing on the horizon that is going to change it either. Some people think that if we’re anything other than bright eyed bushy tailed optimists on sneed dot today, any plans that are being concocted to finally own those libtards once and for all will suddenly and dramatically collapse.WHy does this thread once a week turn into a "doomer vs revolutionary larper" slapfight...
It always kills me a bit on the inside when I remember the Wachowskis exist and had a hand in The Matrix/Animatrix.Who Shot Mr. Burns. It was Maggie for Mr. Burns trying to steal her candy.
In the Matrix lore, the nations of man blocked out the skies to prevent the robots from working. Since they thought the robots got their power from the sun. See the Second Renascence.

Fucked up quoting, but w/e. People need to read into information war. It's a real concept that every nation employs in some form or fashion. It's why the Internet moreso a tool now than the platform it was intended to become. To be honest I feel like most people are making plans for the potential future. The two brothers that made the Matrix openly admitted trooning out because of porn. They were literally the patient zeroes for the troon epidemic. It always kills me a bit on the inside when I remember the Wachowskis exist and had a hand in The Matrix/Animatrix.

Hence one of the more depressing aspects of current year. One of the greatest innovations, simultaneously conceived and ruined, within a lifetime!
Basically my thoughts. Until we're there, dooming about such grand concepts is going to make you sick. Worry about your families and what's in your control. That's all you can do.I'm more confused about these constant talks on here and other threads about "what we should be doing" when I assume none of us are billionaire investors that can start running for office, or organize new NGO's or thinktanks or advertising and awareness campaigns.

The American Revolution divide in terms of who supported it is something like usually 30-40% on the side of the Patriots, 20-30% for the Loyalists, and 30-50% Neutral. It really was a true civil war with family members against people with the same blood as for example, Benjamin Franklin's son William Franklin ended up being a Loyalist leader in the conflict.Since we're on the topic of the founding fathers and the buildup to the revolutionary war, here's my unwanted hot take from my very limited knowledge on the subject. Enjoy!
Even though the British were hated, most American colonists at the time didn't want a war, something like 10/30/60 split (pro war/pro british/wait and see). They viewed it correctly as colonial elites having beef with far away British elites with them stuck in the middle. The founding fathers had to rally people to their cause for years, and by the time things kicked off they had only changed public sentiment to support a war to maybe a third of the population at best. After things went hot, not before, the British started brutalizing the populace alongside the rebel scum, that's when your average person finally got on board.
Our current situation finds plenty of elites battling for power, and like then most people just want to be left alone. How things play out might have parallels, will be interesting to see.
Or we could just tell the Chinese and Indians to get their shit in order, but that would be too much to ask. I guess we can always listen to Uncle Teller and just hydrogen bomb the sky to block out the sun.
