Rick has his ego and alcohol to carry him, but look at his poor wife there. She looks two minutes off of hanging herself.

She's barely even involved in the entire thing, Fat probably makes sure she's in every interview because she looks like the personification of clinical depression (which of course anyone would if they had any kind of regular irl contact with Patrick), where as he looks like a smug sweaty pig man who's not even going to fit in frame anymore if he doesn't stop getting wider from each interview to the next.

I don't understand how something like Patrick Tomlinson came to exist, but I hope whoever is responsible is brought to justice.
