Nipponese really going Full Chink Death on that one, I do wonder what a medical professional would say about the medical advancements by that unit. Funny that getting them nuked potentially prevented a biological weapon being unleashed on the USA, though the target being San Fransisco it wouldn't be that much of a difference. Wonder what if someone would have brought that argument in favour of nuking.
Also having an old fortress being a cover for mass human experimentation would be a kickass idea for a Resident Evil style game.
I'm convinced the only reason the US let the Jap perpetrators go is because we're in the "Evil Wins" timeline....From what I understand the nips didn't really make any groundbreaking discoveries during their TOTAL CHINK DEATH experiments. I know the US cut the Japs some slack largely to keep the Soviets from getting ahold of the research they did on chemical weapons and germ warfare because the Soviets were demanding access to it but it seemed like the US never got any amazing insight from the so-called "research".
The Japs didn't get us to the moon. That's the reason.Oh wait, I forgot, the Nazis are based but the Japs aren't because of reasons.
We went to the moon to dab on our glorious ally the CCCP and then did nothing of note. What a waste of Nazi WunderkindThe Japs didn't get us to the moon. That's the reason.
Not the acclaimed writer of The Counselor! The author of Blood Meridian, Cormac McCarthy, passed away today : (
I think the US got some good research on frostbite and it's effects, but it was mostly stuff like how horse urine affects the human bloodstream after it's injected into it.From what I understand the nips didn't really make any groundbreaking discoveries during their TOTAL CHINK DEATH experiments. Apparently MK Ultra was informed by both Nazi and Japanese research, but that's according to Wikipedia so idk, could be bullshit. No ww2 Japanese researchers were directly involved as far as I know, just Nazi ones.I think the US got some good research on frostbite and it's effects, but it was mostly stuff like how horse urine affects the human bloodstream after it's injected into it.
holy shit I forgot McCarthy wrote that movie. It's so fucking bizarre and bleak. I saw it when it came out and the only things I remember are Javier Bardem literally looking like Eric Wareheim as Wayne Skylar in Tim and Eric Awesome Show, and that... thing with Cameron Diaz. And the ending, of course. Not the acclaimed writer of The Counselor!
edit: okay the bottom feeder line was pretty funny
I'm only halfway through but it's pretty decent so far. He actually made the iceberg himself and while there's some well-known vidya that have been done to death in there, he chose not to include A-list titles like Resident Evil and Silent Hill which I really appreciate.Vidya iceberg video
Seems like he's a bit subdued here, but it's watchable. I chuckled over the JFK Reloaded entry, though, like that's actually interesting on top of being entertaining.Vidya iceberg video
There's two things that stood out to me in this vid.Vidya iceberg video
It's an alright list. Issue is that with gaming is that there isn't really anything disturbing that isn't a clear hoax or talked about to death. Everything else is just moral guardians panicking or coomer games.Vidya iceberg video
Nice video. Never heard the stories around Berzerk before and glad he didn't add Polybius to his iceberg.Vidya iceberg video
