Correct. Trump may have quite legitimately altered the course of world history. I'm not quite as gung-ho about Russian victory over US hegemony as some in the pro-Russia thread are. The USA is still the preeminent power in the world today. But that five or six year delay (lets call it five) has given Russia a lot of breathing room to prepare and it meant what kicked off in 2014 with the US backed coup in the Ukraine wasn't the smooth on-ramp to war that I think the Establishment wanted it to be.

Us backed coup. Dude the ukraine was gonna sign an economic deal with the EU that would allow for 6 month work visa s. Alot of young Ukrainians support the deal. The Secret Service was run by the Treasury Department, then it shifted to be under the purview of Homeland Security, and now many want it shifted back to the Treasury Dept. The question is, are they competent or compromised? After all, the White House is supposedly the most secure building in the country. Cameras, pat-downs, detection devices abound. Did a camera conveniently malfunction as it did in the prison which allowed Epstein to be murdered? Either the Secret Police are incompetent, or they are as corrupt as the FBI and CIA.
