For those of us counting the signs of religion, remember the older meanings of "transcendent" as maybe best shown in the transcendentalism movement.

Protest signs where the person changed the size of the letters in the middle of a word is my fetish.

Like Ben and Jerry's statement on the 4th about how awful it is that we live on stolen land. For starters, literally everyone in the world lives on land that used to belong to other groups of people. History is full of bloody wars between people conquering and slaughtering each other. Even our Sainted Injuns.

Secondly, if you feel so bad about this injustice what are you doing to make it right? If living on stolen land bothers you so much why are you still living on it? Turn your factory and house over to the Indians and rent them back from them. Oh shit, that makes them landlords and landlords are right under billionaires (but before Nazis) in the list of World's Biggest Evil.
Common rookie mistake, you see their job is to identify and problematize the issues, you and everyone else's job is to abolish capitalism forever.

Tony says that he'll be moving to Threads from Twitter. I imagine in the same way he moved to Mastodon from Twitter, and to Bluesky from Twitter.

"I intend to take my reporting there."

So you haven't? Why not? Why not just post "I've moved to Threads, follow me there"?

Or you know, DIRECT THEM TO YOUR SUBSTACK, remember a couple weeks ago when you were telling everyone how much better their Twitter clone was and how your reporting was there? That's where your paying customers are, dummy. That's where everyone who will want to use your "reporting" will go to use it. Not even the other troons are going to dig through all your wrong tweets for whatever they need.

Interesting. Zack has been paying the former Secretary of the House Judiciary Committee $5,000 a month for the trivial task of "campaign scheduling"

UPDATED: House Judiciary secretary quits, joins as staff to Zephyr; committee to meet Monday

Tough to tell because there was an error when Zack uploaded his report, but it looks like he was able to milk the "silencing" narrative for about $98,000

Surprised he's not paying for his and Tony's travel with those campaign funds. Though I will admit I do not know Montana's laws on that.
Just makes me think it's been paid for by a campaign group.

Anyway, free of the constraints of his "studio" (the only previously spare room in his terrace house), Tony has given us all a good look at his goblin chin and cheek tumours:

Not that I want to hear this faggot better, but clip the mic to your gay ass shirt. Tony really can't do anything right.

Remember how this snaggletoothed faggot was bragging about all the court Ws troons had? He kept gleefully posting that the "ebil twansphobes" were 0 for 6 in court cases.

Well he isn't going to like to see this:

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A Tennessee law prohibiting doctors from providing medical care such as puberty-blockers and gender affirming surgery for transgender minors can go into effect immediately, a U.S. appeals court ruled Saturday.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit said advocacy groups that had challenged Tennessee's law could not show they were likely to prevail on their claims it violated the U.S. Constitution. The panel of three judges voted 2-1 to reverse a lower court's decision that had blocked Tennessee from enforcing the law while it was being challenged.

"Life-tenured federal judges should be wary of removing a vexing and novel topic of medical debate from the ebbs and flows of democracy by construing a largely unamendable federal constitution to occupy the field," Judge Jeffrey Sutton wrote for the appeals court.

Neither the advocacy groups that challenged the law nor the state's attorney general could be reached Saturday morning.

Tony goes full Reeeee Reeeee and inadvertently makes the case that troons are not protected by the constitution. The founders never contemplated troons, therefore, the founders did not intend to protect troons.

The Constitution never contemplated assault troons. Therefore, they should be governed by democracy. Democracy has decided against them.

Of all the troon cows that have made their way onto the Farms, Tony has the absolute worst "girl voice". The breathiness, the slight lisp, the vocal fry, the uptalk... it causes me something close to physical discomfort just listening to it.

Noteworthy that Snaggle Tooth thinks it is "absurd" that troons are required to meet the actual legal tests for their constitutional claims.

Tony: Troon bans are absolutely unconstitutional!

6th and 11th Circuits: The constitution is not implicated at all.

It's the uncanny valley of voices. MtF troons almost always have clockable voices, but most don't make you feel like there's a creep actively intruding on you solely through their voice. It's impressive.

This niggers voice sounds like how I'd talk if I were making fun of his type. Just need to add in 50 more "literally"s per second.

Edit for wonkiness

Some MTFs do seem more successful at acquiring a somewhat more feminine timbre than others. Not sure if that's the result of hormones, surgery, or just vocal coaching. But Tony? He sounds like a man trying to imitate a slightly ditzy valley girl, except he never stops.

I think what gets me in Tony's case is that we know from pre-transition recordings, like when he was interviewed on the news about a shooting he witnessed in New Orleans 10 years ago, that he had a perfectly normal speaking voice with no noticeable impediments, so it's not like he had a lisp or something to start with. And he hasn't had vocal cord surgery, so it's not a result of that. And he presumably hears his own voice every day with all the TikTok videos he posts, so it's not a case of not realizing what his own voice sounds like.

In other words, Tony is actively "putting on" this nails-on-a-chalkboard voice every time he speaks, has had ample opportunity to hear how it actually sounds, and has decided that yes, this is the voice of a True and Honest Woman.

Like, is there an auditory equivalent of face blindness? "Voice deafness"? Because that's what this shit is right here.

No, that's not how "originalism" works. If you want to find out how something works you should read about it, not like, try to imagine what you think it means. I'll help you guys out with this under the next quote.

Tony unleashes his inner retard.

Okay, none of this even makes any sense, Tony. First, you start talking about "fundamental rights" and then you list a bunch of state actions as "deeply embedded in our past." The funny thing is that you're almost on the right track with this reasoning. Originalism doesn't constrain rights based on if they were recognized in the past, it allows state actions. In this case, it's not even relevant because originalism is not the only legal theory school that believes the state can regulate medical practices, in fact, your own "progressive" school believes the state can regulate whatever the fuck it wants so the originalists would protect more of your "fundamental rights" in their reasoning.

Your conclusion that this "could result in significant backtracking on numerous rights under the reasoning ... if this rationale holds up" reveals your complete ignorance because this has already been precedent for a very long time. If you actually read Glucksberg (berg not burg) you'd know that this isn't originalism because the entire court agreed including all four "progressive" Justices and both non-originalist Republican Justices. The Supreme Court does not and has never believed the Ninth and Tenth Amendments exist, since the 1930's the Court has almost always found that the state declaring an interest is enough to allow it to restrict activities. If you want to move to an alternative jurisprudence about protecting "fundamental rights" you're going to have to give up much of the "progressive" agenda and all the precedents that allow for it.

i know i could look it up if i weren't so lazy, but could someone explain at idiot level what all these circuits are? like are they state or federal level? is a higher numbered circuit a higher level court? why are there so many and why do they exist in the first place?

its like when you hear stories of the supposed men in black or whatever, aliens trying to immitate humans. i don't believe in that shit but if you can travel to different star systems you can put in more effort to reliably immitate, but you think the people you're conversing with are so stupid that they won't notice.

Tony will never sound like a woman but he could put in more effort. i thinkt he only time he actually listens to women is when he's watching some sort of deranged porn, and that's where he gets his impressions of how we speak from.

Edit: apparently I'm a tard, never mind. Listen to @cherrysour a couple posts down. Sorry!

The US is huge, so they divide it up into 13 regions - districts - based on geography. These are federal districts, states are referred to by the state names.

Each district creates precedent, but only that district is bound to that precedent. I could use the 11th district precedent in a case in the 5th district, but the 5th district is not required to abide by it. It's typically used to tell another district that see, this other region thinks my ideas hold merit and you should find in my favor.
