Definitely agree, the swollen face and puffiness can be a telltale sign of too much alcohol.

You know this could be it. It makes a lot of sense. Explains why he hasn't put weight on his body but his face looks super swollen and puffy and his jaw looks bigger. Also could explain why he wears sunglasses a lot because bulimics often have red eyes and popped blood vessles from throwing up. He is a gay bottom so he might be throwing up to keep a twink body and also to prepare for getting his bum-cave robbed poo-free.

he's always been fucking hideous. I think people didn't notice because, why would you want to observe him for too long? it would be like volunteering to watch a butthole clench.
