Unironically, I figure at this point they have given up blockading the Internet. It hasn't done them any good; the time when Cyrax was inactive the most online was when people were most actively trolling them in person.

The fencing; IP2 streamers; and arrest all happened when he had about 10 hours of online time in two weeks.

Despite it being said a lot, it will take an extremely long time before people will stop trolling Cyrax even after he gets offline. Plus, even with the Internet shut off, he still gets conventional phone calls and restricting someone of all reasonable communication methods is probably not something that can be done legally. He's off the Internet but is still a retard who gives out his phone number and answers random calls.

He or they probably bitched about the fact that being off the Internet hasn't done anything to stop the intrusions on the property and whoever was keeping it off likely doesn't have the energy any more to continue dealing with the stunted growth goblin sludging all over the place because he isn't allowed online.
