I await how assmad he gets on either the Wednesday show or his next panel stream. The cope will be beautiful.

Something in the back of my mind told me to click on the feature I didn't care about, and now I see what. Pippa was mentioned, guess that's what drew me back in.That Judge is actually Pippa Pipkin. She's just getting revenge on Rekieta for poking fun at her audience.
Vic got to discovery tooLawl, Montegraph got further along then Vic did. It's like poetry. It rymes
It's hilarious he came out against free speech just in time to get fucked up the ass by his own idiot opinion.Even winning is a loss, because he isn't going to get any of that money back, it's not going to do anything to further the free speech cause that he no longer cares about, and it's not going to deter any future lawsuits against him.
So far as I know, not even Nick has the bodacious gall to claim Monty actually does suck little boys' dicks.Even with my very limited following of the case, it's laughable to state that there isn't genuine issues of material fact about the claims alleged. With no discovery and not nearly enough undisputed facts (if any aside from Nick saying the allegedly defamatory statements) for a judge to grant it, this felt like pissing away money.
He didn't get to real discovery, and he only got to depositions for the limited purposes of the SLAPP motion. And the only reason he even got that was that the defendants got their deposition of him. So far as I know that's not a rule but we were operating under Chupp Law.Vic got to discovery too
He literally thought calling some rando a kid diddler would somehow work out profitably for him.Instead, Nick, a lawyer who would be expected to give lawyerly advice, does the exact fucking opposite and tries to burn everyone involved in the case. I'm guessing he also talks to the cops regularly, since that's another thing he says not to do.
He did try to talk his way out of a well-deserved speeding ticket recently (with his kid in the car), so yes.I'm guessing he also talks to the cops regularly, since that's another thing he says not to do.
LawPope coming in for the law win!Good thing Nick bought that Mustang. He can drive to the trial in it.
This is really the most practical choice, because after the judgment he could hand the keys over to Montagraph and be done with it.Good thing Nick bought that Mustang. He can drive to the trial in it.
This is the real danger point for Rekieta cause a bunch of his fans are asking this too.I can't even remember what this was all about and honestly I don't really care but I do have a question. Has Rekieta ever been right about any legal preceding at any point in his life?
That shirt will haunt them to the end of days at this point. They went from it being ironic to it being a universal constant for them.
The curse of Vic Lasagna.ts probably worth saying now that IMO Nick's attorney, for all his reputation and all the money Nick paid him, did a remarkably bad job in all this. They went for an unlikely home-run argument about colorado law, they went off into the weeds writing a massive biography of Monty in their filings rather than focusing on basic legal arguments. They spent a whole lot of money on those filings and at this point have gotten nothing for it.
I really didnt need to see that in my head. The curse of Vic Lasagna.
Looks like Rekeita's wife isn't going to be able to afford to have her holes drilled out by exotic niggers and will have to settle for domestic american born pavement apes. How embarrassing.
In fairness the judge did use the word "premature" several times.Suggesting that the judge denied the motion because it was "premature" is delusional.
