So what number are we up to now? It's like Biden tells the courts to go fuck themselves on the regular and the courts really don't do anything severe to penalize him for it, hence why he keeps getting away with it.
What other instances do we have of Biden telling the SCOTUS that he's doing something even after they told him he can't do it?

It just seems like they're doing the same method again. Ram it through using the DOE and EOs.

This is FOX News, so I'm taking this with a grain of salt (or Joan Crawford's eyelash). That said, notice how it said 800,000 borrowers. There's a LOT MORE borrowers I imagine, so that $39 billion is scratching the surface of the trillions of student debt borrowing.

BlazeTV is hosting their Iowa dick sucking summit, where Tucker will be talking/grilling the other non-Orange man candidates.

Live feed is below

Tim Scott is on now, the format is weird because Scott is talking to the audience but Tucker is still in the back with his Tucker face when he hears stupid things like we need to arm the world.

What sucks is I bet Meatball is set up to be the last guest because this is run by a TDS pastor, so they will have all the contingencies and spin needed to deflect Tucker's questions and make it look like Meatball "totally pwned" everyone, cue already dated meme format.

Biden just ignored the SCOTUS and wiped Student Debt clean despite them saying he can't do it.

@Gehenna, thoughts?

Congratulations to the hard working men and women of America, you are now on the hook for $39,000,000,000 for shitty worthless degrees and academic administrators that actively hate you and your country and wish to destroy your culture and put your kids in reeducation camps. (Or as we call it, public school.)

Wonder what $39,000,000,000 of instant US government spending out of the blue will do to our already tailspinning economy?

And will someone dare have the balls to sue Biden to stop this?
The Supreme Court will bitch-slap him once again, if not become openly hostile to the White House on all cases, and Biden's staffers will once again be on the hook even after invoking the nuclear option to try to get the taxpayer to pay for their master's degrees.

Trillions is indeed right. 39 billion is a drop in the bucket, maybe this is him trying to throw his base a bone or play chicken with everyone. Bait a response from the right (suing to stop this) so he can use it in attack ads.

This is exactly what it is. It's a move to make it look like a big deal and to get Biden's bosses to kvetch and bitch about "le ebil rebuplicans" who are not letting them wipe student loans so the can keep the niggercattle voting blue no matter who.

Way to set a precedent that totally won't backfire on the democrats when a republican gets in office Joe! Did we not learn a single thing from Reid and his "nuclear option"?

They know that no Republican would ever actually do it because the rules only apply to one side. It's (D)ifferent when Joe or Obama do it you see.

Hmm looks like Biden is going to forgive loans that are 25 years over due or older. I guess that still fucks over most millennials as most of them wont qualify.

Shit imagine living with a loan from 20 to 45. And still not paying it off. I guess he's not really forgiving a loan but just writing off dead assets.

The pendulum is nothing more than astrology for conservatives. The pendulum does not exist. It never existed. There is nothing historical that can be cited to demonstrate it exists. Not only is it a call to inaction, it admits that half the time, everything is going to swing to the left. Leftists believe that history trends in their direction and proceeds accordingly but pendulum believers think they only get half of it. So even from the beginning, it demonstrates that they’re not going to do as much as the left and then are shocked that kids are being taught gay sex before multiplication tables, if those are even a thing these days. If there is a pendulum, it is a retarded one that has only gone leftward since the 18th century enlightenment.

I’ve made fun of the pendulum before and will continue to do so because it doesn’t exist. It’s just another excuse to do nothing. I’d rather someone say that they’re just a lazy nigger who wants things to magically happen for him without any skin in the game on his end. Hence astrology for conservatives.

Pendulum believers hoot and cheer when Republicans win elections, because they think it means things are "swinging back." And sure, in a two-party system with real elections (which I'm not sure America is now), eventually, the party out of power will win because they'll find that 50%+1 of the votes needed. But that's not the same as the "pendulum swinging back."

In America, when the party out of power wins, it tends to win in a reformed state where it accepts the real, popular gains the other side made. It's not always the GOP that does this. Now, the Republicans have won at various times by accepting that Social Security, Medicare, Obamacare, Section 8, and gay marriage are here to stay. But the Democrats have done the same thing over the years. They eventually embraced Republican initiatives like women's suffrage, desegregation, free trade, open borders, low income taxes, the surveillance state, and pointless wars in the Middle East.

Which party is the progressive party in America has changed now and then. Grumbling conservatives at times have been Democrats or Republicans. But what they've never been is the winning team. Winners have always been the people with a vision, and a will and drive to execute it. Even repealing Roe v. Wade didn't happen due to the sort of conservative who sits on his ass and waits for the pendulum to swing. It happened because activists organized, infiltrated institutions, and made it happen.

This only reinforces my belief that this is coming from a bunch of DNC staffers trying to personally enrich themselves while the guy at top is too senile (and his direct handlers are too distracted) to intervene.

So much for curbing inflation.

So, $26k per year for the average student. $55k per year for private. $55k x 4 years = $220,000. If he's targeting 800,000 of those average borrowers, that's $176 billion.
You're not supposed to go into debt to pay for rent and food and it's not fair to count them as education expenses because you have to pay for them regardless of whether or not you attend school.

The average student loan debt for a state school is only $28k for the entire degree:

Remember, college is supposed to boost your earnings, so it shouldn't be an insurmountable burden for a college graduate to pay off a debt equivalent to the price of a well-optioned economy car.

You know, it would be very funny of MSM to fill the press secretary room with black reporters; maybe as a black history month event. I want to see the WH Press Secretary worm and lie to a group of her own kind.
