No. Maybe in your curated feed it is, but people have been checking regularly with clean anon accounts to verify it. The "Ralph" is a real housewife thing under the reality tv category trend. I'm sure that tweet by EMC about Nick on Rumble with EM replying might get some attention going, but Ethan Ralph is not trending.

Ralph tries harder when he's under siege, or war if you will. He's also been pacing himself and only posting every hour or so, like he's trying to really think about his next post but it's hard on the old noggin.
Real shame he couldn't do a live stream to reap his reward tonight. Is it because he's too obviously wasted? Mostly I don't think he could figure out how to set up on another platform on the fly from his Motel 8 room. Ralph never plans his bridge bombings very well from a financial perspective.

Could it be that the word ralph is helping the house wife trend? I've seen times things trend because somethings unrelated have similar terms shared. Either way I say it still counts as way more positive exposure than being disavowed by the owner of twitter

I actually assumed that might be how Twitter categorizes someone like Ethan Ralph under trends, until it was pointed out that Ralph is some character on a real house wives show that was on tonight.
I'm sure Ralph is trending in lots of curated feeds of people on twitter who follow the sektor. However, I do read (not follow) similar accounts and he isn't trending anywhere on mine but more relevant he's not trending anywhere in the top 50 of the general (USA) twitter trends in the last three hours.

I'm just imagining the average housewives viewer on the twitter coming across sporadic pictures in tweets of a tiny mexican boy at a podium and a fat pig monster and wondering what the hell this has to do with the episode they're watching.
Also it's somehow fitting that even in this victory lap Ralph isn't trending by himself, he's being alawgged by catty middle aged women on TV.
