Normally you would be right, but the issue is that they don't present this as hypothetical, they present as the "true and honest reality" of their sitiuation.
It's the interview more than the drawing itself. You get the person talking about the drawing and it can tell you a lot about their cognitive abilities and any unusual or bizarre thought content. For instance I notice right away that the troon drew what appears to be a woman in a bathing suit looking down at the house. She is facing away from the viewer which is unusual in itself- most people would draw a stick person looking square at the viewer or something like that. Get him talking about the drawing I bet some weird preoccupations are going to come out.
This is by far the absolute worst result of the surgery I have ever seen on or off the site in the 5+ years I've lurking and posting. Sounds like an ass-backwards Rorschach. If you've ever had one of those, it involves showing you a completely meaningless batch of color blobs which you then are supposed to explain. There isn't a "right" answer, but there are definitely wrong ones that show some shade of psychopathy. One word answers like "blood" are generally considered extremely bad.
