Sorry to go against the (5 o' clock shadow beard) grain, but I think the case here isn't that the tranny thinks he passes and no one suspected he was a man, but that he meant he hadn't told everyone "I'm a woman now" yet, and some people still knew him only as a man. This guy’s job is to take in-game screenshots for marketing purposes, and he can’t even get that right.

From the recordings it’s quite apparent that he just can’t get his work done on time, for which he blames health problems like needing to take the rest of the day off after being exhausted by blood work tests (just how much blood are they taking that he feels physically drained by the process?). Then, when expectations are adjusted to fit his ‘health issues’, he has the gall to get angry over it.

He’s not even the only bullshot artist here, he’s part of a whole team of them, which is a good showcase of why the AAA sphere is so bloated. Games need to be $70 to pay for troons to sit around at home and whine about not being handed the world because of their identity.

That’s when you find some nondescript reason to can their ass, and if a lawsuit comes out of it you get them to settle for some pittance and sweep it under the rug. That’s a way better alternative than letting these fucking things run your company on fear of being cancelled. Plus by the sounds of it they could have fired this one for being lazy anyway, so they had a real reason.

The only area that I can see anyone but the troon being at fault was his first manager who revealed his new photo to the rest of the team. It doesn’t matter if the guy was transitioning or not, I see no reason why a manager should have any say in releasing a new photo of an employee.

That harmed relations between the troon and his manager but instead of addressing the mistake directly, the troon viewed the manager as a threat. Every time management and HR reached out to help him, he refused to provide them with the necessary answers or do the basic work.
