Most women complete puberty around early 20s, roughly the same age as men. That's why pregnancy/giving birth is increasingly risky the younger a girl is from that point.

Anyone trying to argue pubescent female children are fully developed and should be able to get married or be legal for adults to rape should be assumed to be a nonce and treated accordingly.

"Controlled opposition" is almost always just a cope way of denying that scummy people agree with and are part of your political ideology, and it's not that complicated.
