If there’s less people on ANN liking Atelier Ryza in anime form, then that’s a win for me. Admittedly, I enjoyed the Nintendo Switch games for the series, but I would dislike to see a series like that get tarnished by people that don’t truly know what slice of life really means.

I do believe the isekai boom has run it's course (i.e. the current output is mostly watch-and-dump derivative drivel) but some people like to pretend being smart. Emphasis on pretend.
All in all, nothing unusual for ANN, they always struck me as tryhard elitists that seek clout through Chinese cartoons.

Mad Max Fury Road was a hit because it didn't include irrelevant and unentertaining preaching downtalking garbage, it had a humanistic and very relatable theme. We see what evils men are doing. We see what the women are going through.
