A "lol so quirky" platform game by an overrated dev team? Why would that be on a list like this?

Sure over rated, but It's still worth a play if a person is into collect-a-thons. Just like ff7, overrated but worth a shot.

In my opionion, everyone should give Juno First a shot even if you not into old arcade games.

I still remember playing this bad boy on one of those old 50 games in 1 arcade collection machines while my dad was still alive.

I have fond memories of this game.

I haven't played most of these games nor are they on my lengthy To Do list. Seems overly harsh to say I'd rather die than play Nier or Xenogears or MGS2, but those are my priorities.

I have a book like this from 2001 called "the essential guide to video games". It's not a great book. Iirc it's basically a bunch of reviews from magazines Future owned at the time edited and brought together to make a 1000+ game encyclopedia of sorts.

The whole of Psychonauts (bullshit difficulty curve included) and the autism involving the sequel makes me think the world of 2005 was right when they largely ignored it.

2005 was always better than Current Year, anyway.
