There is a less than zero percent chance that Chase Wickens will shut up in any context, I firmly believe that now. This man is so delusional that he thinks he can talk himself out of incarceration with no evidence beyond “But that’s the thing” while he’s got the cuffs on. He demands the chief of police come to his house to argue with him about the conditions of his arrest.

Any really bad decision he could make is very likely. I can see him telling the judge off, firing his lawyer for not listening to his bullshit, screeching at the judge and calling her Judge Niggerlover as he’s being hauled away. Get the fucking cameras down there.

If and only if his court hearing is held over Zoom could I see him possibly doing some of his normal daily goblin behavior. Because it would be pretty much like every other day of the week for him. He'd be in the goblin nest which is the source of all his bravado and he'd be on video, so to his very simple mind that means he can act out however the hell he wants. He wants to start yelling racial slurs and screaming death threats? Sure, why not. He gets angry and decides to whip his pants down and start playing with himself? There's not a damn thing they can do about it.

He's been conditioned for years to think that he can do these things and do them with total impunity. The worst consequence he's ever faced when acting out is that maybe Sally will unplug the router for 10 minutes. He's too stupid and arrogant to know that if you're in a Zoom court hearing, you're expected to act exactly like you would if you were actually physically inside a courtroom. No yelling, no interrupting, no temper tantrums, you keep a civil tongue in your head.

However Chance is very very stupid, too stupid to know any of that. He's also too stupid to know that behaving like that will just make the judge find him in contempt of court and send his scrawny scabby ass to jail. Furthermore, it varies by state but often the amount of time they can send you away for contempt is totally at their discretion, I've heard of people getting slapped with 90+ days for contempt.

You can point to Darrell Brooks and his courtroom behavior as an example of a judge letting way too much shit happen, but think of it from her perspective. Brooks was already sitting in jail, he wasn't out on bond so he had nothing to lose. Finding him in contempt would be putting a hat on hat because he was going back to his cell at the end of the day anyway.

So to Chance, Zoom would be no different than when he calls into a Marty panel.

Now, if he has to show up to court in person, it will be a totally different ballgame. He'll be away from his safe space and out in the real world, so he'd go into whipped little puppy mode like he always does when he leaves the house. I'm not saying he wouldn't act out and get in serious trouble, but I think the odds of it happening are much much lower vs Zoom.

In court when the guilty verdict gets read, that would probably be the breaking point. The way he acted when he was arrested would be nothing compared to the tantrum he'd throw. You ever seen a small child scream cry at the store because their parents refuse to buy them something? Same thing only in “adult” form.

And I would fully expect Sally to pull a very very poor white trash version affluenza boy with him before he was sentenced. Only instead of running off with him to Mexico and paying strippers to have sex with him, she'll try sending him out of state to live with someone else in exchange for half of his SSI check.

If you're special needs, I don't think they'd even give Chance the opportunity to speak in court or even have the choice to plead guilty. Plus any public defender worth a damn would just shut him up anyway.

Odds are all Chance gets is a slap-on-the-wrist fine that someone on SSI can afford, another mental health diagnosis and regular checkups with a mental health facility to poorly check up on him and ensure he's not doing anything stupid.

And a bunch of annoying continuances are likely, especially when Cyrax continues to post anything online during this process.

Here's the thing: he's not on SSI.

He was on it in Florida. But Sally never got on top of getting it in Ohio. She was going to use one of his internet girlfriends to fill out the paperwork for her, and when Chase cheated on the GF, and Sally never touched it again.

I read many times that Chance was. If this is true, then Sally is even more a horrendous influence on his life.

With Chance's legal history now, applying himself and getting accepted is going to be difficult. He really should get on it, because when Sally dies, he is so fucked.

Michael Hacking's claim is that Sally gets $800 a month SSI, but she only gets that much because she claims chance as a dependent. Without Chance Sally would only get $500 a month.

There's also supposedly about $800 a month combined food stamps going into the house. Dead Heather once confirmed that Chance gets about $400 food stamps and Sally and Ed trade him cash for them. Michael Hacking also made that claim.

According to Hacking Ed's job only pays about $500-600 a month because he also gets disability and working too much would screw that up. No word on how much Ed's disability is.

There's also some federal program they are on that gives them a few hundred dollars during the months of Nov, Dec, Jan, and Feb to help them pay their heating bill according to Hacking.

I'm actually curious about the psychology of Cyraxx trolls. Based on how unrelenting trolls have been with him, in particular after the arrest (which leaks over to the judge and DA), I think it's entirely possible there will be a contuance while they work out the mess, and it ultimately leads to him getting charges dismissed. If it happens, you can thank all these fucking redditors who are making Chance as sympathetic a figure as possible considering he's clearly mentally ill and is being repeatedly antagonized. If the troll brigade would just chill for a few weeks, I think we'd get much better results in the court.

22:19 Sally explains that he doesn't get SSI, and says she doesn't know how to do it, and no-one will help her. This lines up with what the aunt said: Sally hasn't gotten it for him. She was asking Tangerine cat to help sort it out, because she said the aunt wasn't helping. Even though we now know the aunt was doing everything except holding Sally's hand and forcing her to do it.
