Since Dick perpetually lives in highschool, I think he just surrounds himself with the most loathsome people imaginable to make him look slightly better. If you look at his fanbase, people love Dick but hate every single one of his buddies he brings on all the time (Ralph, Riley, Vito, Digipedo, etc.) The exception is Sean and that is because he doesn't want a total fucking retard in charge of his audio.

So it seems even hell on earth is sick of Vito and thinks he's a nonce.
